I would like to register a base in Omega 11 its going by the name of Ore Storage Cheese. I am constructing it on behalf of a Dauman heavy construction pilot so of course its affiliation will be Dauman. As you may have gathered the purpose of the storage facility will be to store various ores

As I have stated in my previous communique all other aspects of the base besides its administration will remain the same.

The facility is still part of Daumann Heavy Construction, though ownership of the asset itself is now mine. This was arranged though a franchise agreement between myself and the Daumann executive board.

not that long ago, Herr Smirnoff contacted the Rheinland Federal Polizei about ein Republican Shipping base for Omega-11, too. I am afraid, but I have to give you the same answer as Herrn Smirnoff:

When you have done so and received Daumann`s approval, the Rheinland Federal Polizei will as well grant it.

As I see passed a lot of time, but our partners from Daumann Heavy Construction aren't going to change the requirements to us about building of base in Omega - 11 . Their requirements consist in providing administrator rights and the base has to be Daumann Heavy Construction Affiliation . At the same time, as i am informed, they don't plan to participate in construction and protection this base . I don't accept and dont understand such position . But perhaps this construction would bring the greatest benefit for Rheinland at present . Therefore i can make in this situation only one. We can pay a large sum of credits to the Government of Rheinland for the rights to run our business in Omega - 11 independently . The market cost of such transaction makes about 3 bill SC , i can apply to 4 bill SC that nobody thought that we greedy . Thus the Rheinland's Government will have an opportunity to finance the projects and base in Omega - 11 . From the point of view of common sense it will bring anyway benefit to Rheinland's economy .

By the way , i attentively examined The Laws Of The Federal Republic of Rheinland .

I would like to contact you for the planned construction of a Synth Foods outpost around the financial concern of Planet Stuttgart. In particular, we would like to build it in orbit, roughly 1.2 kilometres above the mooring fixture in the protective cover of the Battleship stationed near the planet. Below, our Board has outlined the nature of the base as per Rheinland Bundestag regulations.

Bundestag regulations Wrote:§2.3.2. Trade agreements with non-Rheinland corporations have to be approved by the Rheinland Bundestag.
The following corporations are planned to have docking access / and may or may not supply the base: All Rheinland lawful / corporations, Synth|. Any additional docking additions by non Rheinland corporations will first be authorized by the Bundestag before being added.

If the terms seem agreeable, please notify our board at once. We are eager to begin construction and better serve the people of Rheinland and Sirius as a whole.
