lets remember that, in RP, a carrier isn't the kind of stuff that punches in the fight with canons blazing... thats more the job of smaller ship especially designed for combat. They have weapon systems, but mostly for defencive use. Their real weapon, its fighter and bomber crafts, are unfortunately... useless here. Unless Igiss accepts to implement real carriers.

If any of you have played Supreme Commander, doesnt the Atlantis remind you of an epic unit?
If you were gonna have a big battle, send that in with the assault force and watch the enemy tails go between their legs.
(then 8 bombers come along... "hey, where did the carrier go?!?"
EDIT: Oops, I just contradicted Xing a tad... er, mate, it sounds like a bit of a nerf when you put it like that...

A few things. First the Lib symbol on the starboard side (right side facing towards the front of the ship) is backwards alantis reads as sitnala (bugs me to no end.. strangely might just name my ship that:P)
I don't think the radar dishes are needed cause its just something more that could catch a stray nova...
thats about it for scrutiny.
However on a lighter note I really like the ship. If you would like I would love to write a little story of its R&D origins and such. I will be using a Carrier as my primary Research vessel.

There'd be no difference, Dopa, and even then then, cut and paste is unpleasant at best. You could theoretically do it in 3ds but the amount of time spent cutting, deleting, moving and welding points it would take to attach the Osiris' arches is probably three to four times what would normally be spent on just extruding them yourselves...

merely, it doesnt fit the Atlantis. Because its frame is much more "squared, whereas the Osiris is much more elliptic when you look at it from the front.
