He did not do this and fled to cambridge i fired across his bows as to try to stop him but as he was level 20

It appears to me as if you were right in how you dealt with this pilot. He did not seem to care about illegalities within Bretonian Space, so I hope that the Bretonian Police can pick him up later and arrest him for carting this contraband.

Commodore Hyperwave out...

(OOC: It's really up to your discretion how you want to deal with people like this, but personally, when I see a complete lack of role-play in this manner, I just ignore them.)

I encountered 2 [Impalers] Weston and Crimson I told them to leave Cambridge and they disregarded and attacked. I was destroyed in the fight and they refuse to leave Cambridge. I contacted lockhead but he was still in Newcastle and I suspect could not arrive in time to give back up. Please be on the look out for these two.

Impaler appears to be the new pirates on the block. Combined with the Corsairs, the routes to Omicron Theta are definitely more trecherous with the increased pirate presence in the Omega's.

In other news, please welcome Lockhead to the ranks of the SF. He'll be assisting Stormpike against the Kusari and other forces in the Northern sectors. As customary with any new recruit, feel free to visit Joanne on Cambridge Research Station for a round or two.

Cheers

Added: Oh, one last thing, a reminder that I'm looking for responses from members listed as inactive. Early next week I'll be removing their names from the faction post. If anyone can vouch for someone on the inactive list please do so as well.

It's been a calm day in Leeds. Two HF vessels were sighted and escorted out of Bretonian space. And occasionally a trader now and then.

Off the record; The SFCR-Stratus and the Glorious have tried out a new training program for cruiser class ships, known as the "Forward Cannon Accuracy Training" (FORCAT). It requires one liberty cruiser and one (or more) Bretonian destroyer. Use your imagination to figure how to do it. Would be great if we could organise a competition with 5 destroyers lined up...;)

Trainee Wyvernhead out.

Situation Report
Quiet night in Cambridge with some traders going about. Encountered [HF]-Mayhem enroute to the rim. Given the previous reported incident with a rogue HF pilot, caution was taken to determine this ship's intentions. Ship responded to initial inquiries and was to be escorted to O-5. Vessel paid little attention and proceed swiftly on its own course. I proceeded to follow in trailing but close escort. I don't know whose been training these guys but there was definitely a lapse in this guy's teachings. He proceed off-course well beyond scanning range of the O-5 jh, upon regaining control of his craft he was ordered back to O-5 jh but failed to dock. Drifting away from the jh he was promptly engaged by a small wing of Corsairs. He continued to drift off course until the Corsairs eventually destroyed his vessel.

Given the circumstances, a gentle reminder for the HF not to linger in not so friendly territory might be called for, along with condolences on the loss of their vessel to the Corsairs.

OOC: One suggestion guys, never go AFK in an unfriendly system. Players won't shoot you but NPCs don't know the difference between AFK and target practice.

Introduction
Good Day, fellow arms. Newly appointed as Sgt from Manchester. Looking forward to assist in anyway I can to secure the Bretonian airspace.

Misc.
Already met SFDS Glorious in Leeds. Nice chap. Everything seemed under control in Newcastle and Leeds. Used the Jump Hole to Dublin and then went through New London through to Cambridge.

Quote:Impaler appears to be the new pirates on the block. Combined with the Corsairs, the routes to Omicron Theta are definitely more trecherous with the increased pirate presence in the Omega's

Situation seems as cleared up, no sightings of pirates. Traders report no pirot activity and seems to be in high spirits. Will keep an eye out, though... (lights up a cigarette)

Info
I'm quite new to the war with Kusari. What is the situation. What trading companies is hostile and has there been any recent invasion hotspots been poppin' up ??

Once again. Looking forward to assist and greetings.

PS - Will keep an eye out for this player(ZERO) fellow - once he reaches level 40, he won't have any exuses.

Thank you for the report and assistance Sgt., you may continue to send your reports both to BAF command as well as this frequency.

As for hostile trading companies, although not encouraged to engage Kusari traders, Samura and Kishiro continue to run convoys through Bretonia. A few have also been conducting deuterium runs to Omega-49 in direct support of the KNF (player craft) and attempts have been made to intercept these convoys. The vessels are typically escorted by KNF fighters or gunboats. Due to the presence of asteriods and mines in Dublin, nothing larger than a gunboat is expected (RP event rules to encourage use of smaller craft). As well the Zoners of Omega-49 are covering the exchange within their system. Rather than provoking the Zoners, our vessels are intercepting the convoys in Dublin and other systems along their route (also prevents dock raping). In the event that the convoys are intercepted prior to their arrivial in Omega-49, it is advised that the convoy's cargo be delivered to the Zoners anyways in exchange for materials that would instead help the BAF.

Immediately after I got on shift, I saw reports from Battleship Norfolk that a TBH pirate was working out of the Cambridge system. Upon arrival, another TBH ship was detected in Omega-5. According to command, I was the only fighter that could be dispatched to the area as all other ships were tied up on other duties. Realizing that it would be impossible to take more than one ship, the Shadow Stalkers Organization was contracted. Upon arrival of two more sso ships, I engaged with these bounty hunters. However, we only found one TBH titan attacking, and worked to kill him for some time. I cannot stress more how dangerous these pilots are; he was extremely well trained.

After several minutes of tense fighting, one sso ship was destroyed. However, the other fighter and me continued to engage even with the arrival of a TBH gunboat. Realizing the threat to us, focus was placed on the gunboat, and shields were nearly crippled when I took one too many shots to my hull. I was hit very hard, and ejected to save my life. After losing consciousness, I do not know the exact layout of the battle. I still don't understand why I remember what I did with the injuries I sustained.

According to my commanding officer, an sso gunboat arrived shortly after my destruction, which destroyed the enemy TBH equivalent.

My CO has put in a request for a new fighter, as my last one was too damaged to begin with. Minor refits may occur. I hope to be back out and flying once these idiotic docs in the hospital let me out.

Current amount due to the Shadow Stalkers Organization: 6 million (3 for assistance, 3 for destruction of gunboat)

I talked to a train captain, and he said that they would be willing to pay for their assistance (SFT-Hyperwave).
