i've seen this reported by others
i now have my missions bugged.....waypoints don't activate and the mission is not abortable
As of about 2:00am on the 8th june
apparently it means the server needs a restart?

getting this same problem now (no ships at way points cant drop quest) have tried in 3 systems dropping quests via logging out
and way i can fix this???

The admins will have to force a restart. Once it's done missions will work again.
Or just call RNC to raid Texas.

Try posting here instead when this problem occurs. Since someone already reported the issue, though, you will just need to have some patience until an administrator comes around to fix the problem.
