Kusari Gunboats usage permission granted:
Yesterday, thanks to diplomatic actions of our president David Leroy and our security chief Francois De Versailles, along with the fast response of Kusari authorities, was achieved a big step forward when it comes to corporate security, closing and providing permission to use the Gunboat Ship Class T-833-GB "Ahoudori" Kusari Explorer in Kusari space, This measurement was carried out due to the recent attacks on our convoys during their travels through Kusari Republic by Unlawful factions, our president David Leroy during his transmission said that "We do not have intention to act as a local police, But we can not accept to see how our shipments are regularly intercepted by these criminals. We want to be able to defend the crews of our vessels, in their travels through Kusari Republic".
Also our Security Chief Officer Francois De Versailles made presence agreeing with Kusari Legal Codex about the use of cloaking devices "We agree not to fit them with cloaking devices; we do not have any use for such devices"

The T-833-GB "Ahoudori" Kusari Explorer is a good ship according to experts in the field, with 8 Gunboats turrets, all of which can fire forwards and to the sides, and 6 of which fire backwards with a good ammount of firepower "It gets the job done" Said the Chief enginner in Yukawa Shipyard where this ship is built.

The LTS-DryLand[SD]: The foundation Stone of a Good future Pt.1:
Today it was a good day for our Internal Security and Business development deparments, For their combined efforts for the necessary preparations in the adquisition of a brand new T-833-GB "Ahoudori" Kusari Explorer, thus ensuring meet short-term objectives and so the maiden flight of The LTS-DryLand[SD] the first Gunboat class ship in our Security Division and the First stone in a great wall to protect and secure our shipments from hostiles forces. There is a lot of expectations about the arrive of this improvement, Specially among our employees and even in their families so they expect to be given a training and a introduction class to this kind of ship. "Oh man, I'm so happy about this new stuff, hope i'll get mine soon and be able to fly that monster" Said one of our Security Division Pilots when waiting for his introduction maneuvres class somewhere in Sirius.
Those who attended the inaugural flight of the LTS-DryLand [SD] were overwhelmed with the amount of firepower in this "beast" and given very good reviews on the measures taken by both departments and our President. They poured a bottle of champagne following the old tradition originated back on Sol and began the first flight of the LTS-DryLand[SD] with Nicholas Carter our Business Development Manager as captain.

With ease and mastery, the ship sailed near the orbit of Muroto Trade Center, firing short rounds to delight the audience with their colors and unswervingly directed to make its first flight in Kusari space, soon the audience lost any eye contact with the ship and began to haunt our executive staff with questions, some of which could not respond due to internal security matters.

In my opinion a convoy is essential to have protection. From this perspective, I can tell you that in near future, we will set up a program of intensive development of Security Division. We plan to invest significant sums in this division, and to prepare also a large number of bombers and very heavy fighters, because sometimes, a gunboat is not sufficient."
Are we Expecting another couple of GB on the way?
"Certainly, yes! After we received approval for the use of this type of ships from Kusari Naval Forces, acquisition of LTS-DryLand[SD] was just the beginning. We intend soon to build a new trade center and this is another reason why we should prepare another couple of Gunboats. I hope that in the next 48 hours to buy at least another one. But do not forget that it is also necessary be properly equipped so... it need only by a little time."

"Hmmm... Actually, yes. I want to send a message to a group, known as Artisan Farmers Alliance, wich operating especially in Kyushu system. I know that one of their goals is the fight against the current government from Kusari. They should know that Liberty Trade Shipping, alongside with Kishiro Technologies, will give support to the present government. Like I said before, we are traders. But we will not tolerate any kind of the groups as AFA, because they are just thieves, which show a false public image. Their actions are specific to a terrorist group, and we already have a previous experience in this regard, with another similar group, known as Xenos. So... we know how to handle situations like this!"

"I think that I said already... building of a new trade center. But now, I don't want to make more statements about this. Today after strenuous efforts to contact Nicholas Carter, we found him and talked to him, aboard the LTS-Dryland [SD] during a routine check of systems, near planet new tokyo. We Asked him the same questions posed to David Leroy, our president, and in a friendly and professional manner, he answered us while in turn helped the crew with relevant checks.
This is what he said:

Well first about the ship itself, I must say she is a beautiful ship and she can definitively deliver a strong message.
Now as far as the acquisition of a gunboat by LTS I think it has become a necessary precaution to ensure the safety of our shipping fleet and to reduce stress experience by our captain, created by the recent growth of aggression committed toward them. Hopefully this will keep the family of our employees at peace and the send them the message that LTS care about their captains safety and wellbeing and is ready to take the necessary step to ensure their security.
What Kind of Improvement we expect for our SD branch with a growing Bomber fleet?
Well Like I just said we hope to reduce the frequency of the violent act committed on our captains and in the same time decrease our insurance claim. As for more specific details I would refer you to our chief of security
What are your personnal Thought as a Captain about the use of that gunboat and what are their stronger point?
Without just talking about their excellent destructive capability.
The goal of this ship is to strike fear in our enemy and act as deterrent for those who seek to bring evil and arm upon us. This is to strengthen our resolve to position LTS as a serious trading company.
Our expansion will bring us new enemy. This is a new addition to our arsenal that will help cope with upcoming challenge.
Are we expecting another couple of GB on the way?
This will be a question for the board of directors. But we adapt and overcome. If the leadership feel that it is necessary for us to expend our security operation this is something we are ready to do.

I want to ensure you again that LTS take those any threats seriously. At the moment we are still investigating recent attack. I will let the Chief of security elaborate more on this subject.

I cannot give you any specific details as this could impede our expansion project. But I can let you know that we have expansion plan and details will come as me move into the implementation phase.

Public statement related to the treaty signed by the Kusari Naval Forces and Rheinland Military

On June 17th, 819 A.S., Kyushu News Network has made an announcement about a treaty signed by Nagata Yuri as Bakuryō-chō taru Kaishō and Chief of Staff, acting with the power granted by the Democratic Republic of Kusari and Nikolaus Rheinhardt, Kanzler of Rheinland, acting with the authority vested by the Federal Republic of Rheinland. According with this treaty, military forces from Rheinland and the Marinenachrichtendienst have received unrestricted access in Honshu system and in exchange, Kusari Naval Forces and Kempeitai, in some areas from Rheinland space.
A few hours later, a reaction has come from Mr. David Leroy, the president of Liberty Trade Shipping corporation. He made a public statement adressed to all civilians, corporations and all local authorities from Kusari and Liberty, expressing his concern, especially about the fate of foreign civilians from the Democratic Republic of Kusari and also about the future of democracy in this house.
In his speech, Mr. Leroy has made some insinuations that the real reason for the presence of these Rheinland Military troops in Honshu system, would be the destruction of the headquarter of the Liberty Trade Shipping corporation, known as Muroto Trade Center, located in front of Honshu Planet.
These are some of his statements, in this regard:

Also, Mr. Leroy has addressed some questions to the High Command of Kusari Naval Forces:
[...]I just want to ask the High Command of Kusari Naval Forces, what article of the Kusari Legal Codex has been violated by Liberty Trade Center ? We always have obeyed to your requirements, as you know very well. And now ? You allow military forces of another house to clean your mess ? Libertonian civils are now a mess for you ? This sound as a declaration of war not only against to democracy from Kusari... is a violation of the right to existence of foreign civilians in your house.[...]
As response from High Command, Kaishō-ho Mochizuki gave assurances that this trade center is still under protection of Kusari Naval Forces as long as no Kusari Legal Codex violations are made by the Liberty Trade Shipping corporation, in the space of Democratic Republic of Kusari. He mention that if this installation came to be endangered by a criminal organization, the Rheinland Military witnessing this attack would have to act on it, and therefore, to protect Muroto Trader Center. Also, Kaishō-ho Mochizuki was not agree with the fact that Mr. Leroy did his public statement also for local authorities from Liberty, saying that:
[...]The Republic of Liberty's law enforcement organizations have no say about what the Republic of Kusari may or may not do inside its controlled space. By taking the decision to settle in Kusari, your organization agreed to abide to Kusari laws. Not Liberty ones. Your origin matters little in this context.[...]
On the other hand, he request from Mr. Leroy, clear evidences about acts of violation of Kusari Legal Codex by Rheinland forces. Mr. Leroy has presented a recording of a conversation between an employee of his corporation and one of the Military Rheinland pilots, from which result possible threats expressed against all vessels affiliates to Interspace Commerce. These evidences were forwarded to the Rheinland Military High Command and followed a prompt answer from Herr Hans Putzkammer, Vice Admiral designate for overseeing deployments of the Rheinland Military troops to the Sigma sector and Honshu system:
[...]no offensive actions will be taken against the holdings of any Liberty company in Kusari space. If you find yourself under attack by pirates, we will be honor bound to defend you. If you become stranded in space and require rescue, we shall send rescue ships to tow you back to port[...]
Finally, Mr. Leroy has sent apologies for the tone of his statement and thanks to both sides for the clarification of this delicate situation. It is noted that Liberty Navy and no other authority from the Republic of Liberty did not made any statements in this regard. We tried to get a press release from Mr. Leroy, but he refused saying only that the situation is already enough tensioned and doesn't want to be more amplified.

Liberty Trade Shipping: New investments for Security Division
In this morning, in front of Muroto Trade Center, were presented the latest acquisitions of the Liberty Trade Shipping corporation for the Security Division. We had the pleasure to witness at the first flight of the second ship from Gunboat class, purchased recently by Liberty Trade Shipping, as a part of a development program initiated by this corporation in order to strengthen the defense capability against the hostile forces which could threaten vessels from Transportation Division of this company.

Present at the inaugural flight of this new ship, called LTS-Nautilus[SD], Mr. David Leroy, the president of Liberty Trade Shipping, did not offer us too many details related to the equipment or weapons mounted on this Gunboat:
I don't wish to talk about technical details or about what kind of equipment was mounted on this beast, but I assure you that we invested substantial amounts in order to have the latest technology from the market and I consider that LTS-Nautilus[SD] is fully operational and ready to serve, along with LTS-DryLand[SD], as one of the most important ships, at protection of all vessels from our Transportation Division.
After the presentation of the LTS-Nautilus[SD], it was announced also, the acquisition of two new bombers: LTS-Surveyor[SD] and LTS-Apache[SD]. Currently, Security Division of the Liberty Trade Shipping corporation is endowed with no less than 2 gunboats, 5 bombers and 4 very heavy fighters. From some internal sources, we have information that is expected in a not so distant future, a special training session, for all pilots from the Security Division. Even if is not a confirmed information, is possible as this training session to be held with the participation of other experienced pilots, from groups like Bounty Hunters Guild or Judges. Liberty Trade Shipping:Temporary change in leadership
This morning, on Muroto Trade Center, a big change happened in Liberty Trade Shipping. Due to repeated and unexplained absence of the Vice President, Nicolas Carter, the CEO, David Leroy, the Trade & Logistics Manager, Brian Ford, and the Director of Public relations, Armund Pagasi, the Chief Security Officer, Francois DeVersailles, has decided to take temporary full control of the company until the other directors or the CEO come back. As of now, all convoys are suspended. The only ships allowed in flight are the Security ships, to help with the rapatriation of ships back to Honshu. Due to current problems with Muroto trade center, all ships are to be landed on planet Honshu until further notice.

Liberty Trade Shipping: A temporary replacement for Muroto Trade Center
Today, in the very disputed Languedoc system, Liberty Trade Shipping held a quick ceremony for the company's latest purchase: the Barge.

The ship, called LTS|Mastodon[TD], was officially launched by our temporary CEO, Francois DeVersailles. He gave a short speech on the moment the barge undocked: "This is a very important day for Liberty Trade Shipping. With the acquisition of the Barge, we now have a flexibility we had lost when Muroto Trade Center was deactivated for forced maintenance in Honshu; it will allow us to store massive amounts of materials, much more than in a single train-class transport; this is what we needed to step back up and be competitive again. The ship will be placed in the Dublin system, in a still undefined location. It will be fitted with docking modules; this will allow us to dock small ships. 2 of these docks will be used for Security ships, one bomber and one fighter. At least one of the gunboats purchased by LTS, the LTS|Nemesis[SD], will be stationed at the Battleship Hood and will patrol the area around the Barge regularly to prevent any attacks. The rest of the docking modules will be opened for mining ships to supply the Barge. Any transport will be able to purchase gold ore from the Barge. Currently, the ship is still in the Languedoc system due to it's extremely slow speed and high mass; it is expected to reach the Dublin system by the end of this week. On September 5th, 819 A.S. LTS Media Center informed you about a temporary change in leadership of Liberty Trade Shipping corporation. Shortly after this event, Gateway Shipping Inc. made a public announcement that Liberty Trade Shipping has became a subsidiary company of it. But in the meantime, it seems that the President of Liberty Trade Shipping it's still alive and now, he claims his rights over this company and also its headquarter located in front of Honshu planet.
Although we don't have an official confirmation in this regard, the conflict between this two corporations will be judged soon by the Parliament from the Republic of Kusari. Is almost certain that its final decision will determine the fate of Liberty Trade Shipping company and also of Muroto Trade Center.
According to some rumors, Mr. Leroy intends to donate this facility to Kusari Naval Forces. We tried to get a press release from Mr. Leroy but he refused to make a public statement in this regard. The only thing that we could say with certainty is that all activities of his company are suspended and docking rights access on Muroto Trade Center has been restricted.

The conflict between Gateway Shipping Inc. and Liberty Trade Shipping has a unexpected winner: Kishiro Technologies

The day we've all been waiting for has finally come. It seems that in the conflict between Gateway Shipping Inc. and Liberty Trade Shipping the winner is a kusarian corporation. According to an agreement signed by the CEO of Kishiro Technologies, Daisuke Kato-san and the President of Liberty Trade Shipping, Mr. David Leroy, published two days ago, Muroto Trade Center from Honshu system has become the property of this kusarian corporation.
As a part of the deal, Liberty Trade Shipping is allowed to keep its headquarters there and Kishiro Technologies was agreed to compensate Gateway Shipping Inc. for their efforts to maintain the Muroto Trade Center facility, during the period when Mr. Leroy was hospitalised, but we don't have information related to the value of this amount. According to some sources, the activity of Liberty Trade Shipping is still suspended.
We will come back with more details if we will get an official statement from the leaders of these three corporations.
