As it stands, the Company is in fact, growin', and we are looking for more accommodations. Not to change our several current operational locations to this one you propose, but to build a new 'cell'.

Ye. Our operational cells are divided by a lot of different locations within good ol' Sirius.
And this offer allows us to further our growth.

We'll need a whole level, coupled with a full decked dockin' bay, and if needed, space to accommodate at least two hundred people at any given time.

That level will need to have space for at least one laboratory, R&D specialized, two training areas, a bar (of course), enough warehouse space to supply a small army of vessels and personnel, plus three repair and weapon assembly lines.
Barracks are a given alongside personal quarters.

If you agree to that, i can tell my lawyers to set up a defense contract with your company on said base.

Oh and.. if you come across any form of weaponry in your salvage op's.. it would be mighty dandy if you allow us to get a look at it before turnin' it into scrap.
