Mister White, we haven't had the pleasure, my name is R, you don't know much about me other than whatever you have in that corrupted file in the CIS mainframe. Sorry for that by the way, standard ghost protocol. The data I've left behind is enough for you to know that this is a legit transmission and from the real person.
In short, I want to be reassigned back onto the CIS, as for my reasons of becoming a wisp of smoke, well, let's say the government change shook my mindset. Other than it being a technicality I never actually went rogue in a real sense. It's up to you either way, if you're thinking about it and need details, just give me a location and a name whom I'm supposed to contact there, could be you, could be one of your agents, that's up to you, I don't care.
And of course, make sure you or they are alone, unless you can afford to lose some men.
