Today at 0800 SMT I spotted a trade that was Smuggling about 5000 units of Artifacts while bearing Samura Industies papers

I would at the very least prefer to see a copy of your ID card and have your name before any further action may be considered against the captain of the "Otsunu", seeing as your "evidence" isn't really very credible without it.
