Why isn't there a place for Military to bribe?
Every faction can take bribes except Military. So unique. Just for them I (we) have to do missions. Alright np. I load out my Wraith, and head outside of battleship and bam guess what? My Energy is now on 56%. What the hell?
Any tip on how to get RM repp? Please.

Unfortunately there are no military bribes at all like you have likely noticed...and Rheinland Military is not in the easy rep guide either.. most other factions are here: http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=91634
What I would recommend is trying to land a double police bribe, then bribe the Rheinland corporations which should raise all Rheinland lawful reps. That and try to only take missions where you go after one target, like assassination missions and prisoner capture missions and base killing missions that say kill the base only... the Battleship in Stuttgart usually has missions close to it so you do not have to fly far.

But uh.. why is my power reduced to 56%?
I use recruit ID, Hornvipers with Debilitators on Wraith..
Is it because of ID?

Yeah unfortunately it is because of the ID, all IDs have certain restrictions on them to prevent them from mixing ships and technology of factions that would not work in RP or create overpowered ship/weapon combinations.

Maybe in the meantime you can use a police ID if you have enough rep for one.

Yeah, but why restrict use on Recruit ID if it's stated that it should be treated as temporary ID. Only to get needed reputation or something for particular faction... logical ain't it?
