This transmission comes in conclusion with war escalating and increasing number of untagged, undercover assets ZA is using to supply their installations and fight The Order. Failure to assess and comply with this will be your fault only.
Through discussion between me - Admiral Golanski of The Order - and Elder Marquez of Corsair Brotherhood we have decided following. Until conflict with ZA is resolved: via dismantling of ZA guard stations, Corsairs and Order issue no-fly zone for non-allowed transports within system of Omicron 74. Exclusions can be made and will be included in list below.
Exclusion list:
Unauthorized tagged (and lack thereof) transports will be shot. Until you can aquire permission for your faction to travel through Omicron 74 safely, I recommend to change your course through Omicron Lambda or Gamma. Those measures have been brought to you thanks to ZA's inability to understand consequences of their actions.

I request your permission to send to Omicron 74 some NCC light fighters of our Recognition Division of the Pontifical Guard. Their mission will only take pictures of what is taking place within the system, with the intention to provide evidence to avoid war crimes both on one side or the other.
As you undoubtedly know, the only mission that the NCC has in this whole affair is find a peaceful solution, but having failed in that attempt, at least it's our duty to try to minimize harm to civilians and prevent attacks against human rights.
You have my word that my pilots in no way will interfere with the operations carried out, and they will be limited to taking pictures. They're professional soldiers and fully understand that they must obey the orders of their superiors, so they will not cause any problems.
