OC ZOI and Dread Flak spots - Connor - 07-03-2013
What is the best place to put the flaks on an OC dread? What slots? I have been trying to find out a suitable place that covers most areas. I am planning to use 2 Flaks
Any advice would be appreciated

Can't remember the flak placement, but I recall putting one in the front and one in the back when I had a Ranseur.
ZOI is vaguely defined, but in general I think the consensus is where Outcast NPC's go + 1 system, which translates into more or less all of the map except Rheinland and the Omegas. There's a long standing agreement that Outcasts don't pirate in Bretonia though, but that's a roleplay limitation.
Mind you, there are other roleplay restrictions if you want to take your cap that far away. In general you should keep it in the Sigmas and Tau's, raid Gamma and perhaps go on a killing spree in Kusari.

Anaxi is correct, OC's can go anywhere but Rheinland and by treaty (I think) they're tolerated in Bretonia as long as they do nothing but fly through.
Taking a cap there would attract far too much attention though, I wouldn't advise it. Keep that for raids and such.

As everyone has said, OC are ooRP allowed to operate anywhere apart from Rheinland.
inRP, OC are unwelcome in Liberty in anything larger than a gunboat by the LR, and are unwelcome anywhere "south" of Leeds by the BAF (since the BAF and OC have an understanding of sorts when fighting the GRN), and the 101st will come after any OC battleships and cruisers flying around in house space (if they catch wind of it).

Outcasts have no place in the Omegas either. That and Rheinland, would be the only places I'd say aren't in their ZoI, although places like Cambridge, Hudson and Bering are a little far inRP.
Corsairs have a slightly smaller ZoI, which I've thought of as anywhere except the Taus, Gallia and Liberty.
