Greetings,

I guess it's first time we're sending a official transmission towards Freeport 9. Christian Burton here, a leader of family known as Phoenix. Before pass to the business, I've heard Nine has a new administrator. We're congratulate you with this appointment, but with it comes great responsibility. Please, keep that in mind.

So now on the desk a ZA tagged vessel. Not surprised? Me too. We still cannot understand a true reason why he destroyed one of our ships, but it's a fact. Thank god, pilot managed to escape, it was about 100 meters from Freeport 9. We are unsure about your relationship with CoF(that's about NFZ), so take this report just as act of good will.
