His Watchful Eye, feared throughout the Coalition as the puppeteer of the Ministry of Truth, the Commissariat and some even say the entire society of the Sirius Coalition. Even those within the Coalition's Revolutionary Army have difficulty discerning where his influence starts and ends in any aspect of Coalitioner life.

He stood in the centre of the room, massive screens surround the walls, each showing an image of various places within the Coalition, one showed the inside of the Kremlin Dome, another was focused on an abandoned square on JiangXi's New Hangshou and there was even a camera within the office of the recruitment office in Omega-50's Boa Vista office.

Other screens were devoted to more...Specialized tasks, captured images from the Houses were frozen on several other screens, places like Manhattan's primary space-port or Rheinland's Hostein Platform were displayed, not live images but digital photos taken by agents of 'possible' resources, if it be a person to be converted or even just a piece of equipment that they could liberate for their use.

His Watchful Eye truly did see all. He took a quiet drag from his cigarette as he focused on a single monitor. an Image of a bombed out camp on Gran Canaria. It was always a sad thing to see civilians dead in such a manner. However sacrifices had to be made for His Watchful Eyes' plan to keep on schedule. His hand reached towards a communications device on his wrist, bringing it close to his mouth as a modulated voice spoke softly.

"Commissar Tabakov, you have new orders, you are to join the next expedition to Omega-49, that is all."

Nothing more needed to be said, his more overt field operative would be more than capable for this task in mind, still that did not mean he trusted the man to get the job done properly so he would have to make contingency plans...

A small smile crossed his face...He was rather skilled in that particular area of the Ministry of Truth...All for the good of both the Sirius Coalition and Humanity...Giving a light chuckle he shakes his head all so slightly...Those Order thugs like that defunct 'Cerberus' had nothing on him when it came to countering threats...

He sat in his seat, gazing at various screens all around him, inputting commands into his keyboard every so often and observing the results all so carefully as they happened on specific screens. He pulled up a report on the Kerimov, the very ship he was aboard at the moment and started looking through the Chief Engineer's findings with a very slight frown. His unfeeling eyes seemingly dancing from side to side as he went through the report quickly, committing it to memory as he pulled up Mykolaiv and TOR-ONE Research Projects surrounding the use of Nomadic Technology, specificly ones concerning one of their few Power Cells they managed to pilfer a long time ago...

The Kerimov's Cloaking Device was a 'Kulov' Cloaking Device, created from old fragments of schematics of those used in Sol while the rest was 'patched' from observations of the Nomads and what discoveries were made during both the Order Alliance and their own independent studies. However unlike the ancient devices and the nomadic Chameleon-like cloaking ability this cloak had a very large flaw, it consumed a large amount of power, even their supplies of H-Fuel or Deuterium shipped in from Omega-49 wasn't enough to power it for long. Making the Kerimov in essence naked once it ran out. As he went through the reports on the Power Cells he noted what they were currently being used for...One was currently being used to power the cluster of specialized artifacts gathered during Alvin Katz' early days as a Coalition officer, another was being studied inside the TOR-ONE Laboratory-Level while the third and final one was in a sealed storage container on the TOR-ONE.

Folding his hands across one another as he kept reading an idea started to slowly form in his mind, a plan that would require him to dive into the Operation Umbrella files in order to even have a chance to succeed. However, it had the potential to work if he could assemble the proper team and the supplies they would require...He would also have to acquire more...samples of similar technology...However...acquiring the specimens will not be too difficult, just dangerous for any involved.

He pressed his intercom-link to Commissar Langely, the ship's commander.

"Commissar Langely, alter course to Omega-5, then re-route to the last known location of the Omega-55 Jump Hole...Rig for silent running once we arrive and inform the crew to prepare for specimen collection, full hazmat precautions are required. "
