We analyzed Jane's memories about the incident a day ago, bumping into some things we cannot explain yet.

The incident started with Jane voluntarily supporting two other councilman at a military operation in a prison district of your base. In this operation, she used a prototype military android body, delivered to your station before. She activated the military mode, deactivating feelings of pain in the organic parts of the body. After reaching the damaged room her body was already hit a few times and the organic parts were severely damaged. An error in the body and her control of it suddenly deactivated the military mode of the body, flooding her mind with pain signals due to the damaged organic parts of her body, creating feedback loops in the body. In the end it drove her crazy and made acting and thinking very hard for her, aswell as preventing her to exit the body to another one or a computer, which led to her attack on some prisoners and her collapse after that. Jane's complete action after that was triggered by this, until the nanobots in her body repaired it enough for her to regain full control.

That is how we saw the incident from our side, it was a technical error in the body. What we do not understand though is the unprovoked threat towards Jane by James Harper which just worsened her state aswell as the denial of help for Jane from Ashley Harper, after Jane reached her office still addled due to the pain. Since both of them represent the Runners, we would like to hear an explanation for their actions.

The situation overall is not too bad though due to the help of Joseph Wolf who prevented further damage on the body.

"Jane sadly was yes, beaten rather badly up during a prison uprising during she was several injured, as well however she refused several times to... stop and let us help, our lead Runner, James, had almost snapped, however I have gotten him to calm, if he will, he can explain more later on what happened."

It was not really bad in the end, as I mentioned. As long as the body will be returned to the Consensus again, I see no problem.

And to her refusal of help, her vision was blurred due to the pain her body was flooded with, making it hard for her to even recognize persons. When she finally made her way to Ashley Harper's office, she cooperated with her, but was stopped when James Harper entered the room, scaring her again. It wasn't your fault, although it can be discussed if your way of acting was really helpful in that situation.

I propose a permanent presence of a Consensus vessel in your system to be able to act better in such a situation.
