Congratulations on your recent advancement, Mr Trenton. I can only wish you to be as successful leader of the Congress as your predecessor was. I contact you in order to shed some light on a certain very confusing situation. One of our operatives flying Mactan Interdictor has encountered a ship allegedly belonging to the Congress at the Kansas jumphole in Magellan. The ship was a pirate train class vessel hauling silver ore. It was accompanied by a DSE Stork class transport also filled with silver ore. Our operative has obviously extorted said DSE vessel. So far nothing out of ordinary.

Now let me get to the merit of the case. Upon closer inspection of allegedly your ship our operative discovered that it sends no proper IFF signal as well as uses DSE identification codes. This put our operative on high alert. We tend to eliminate all corporate spies we discover without exceptions. Interrogation of the pilot, who insisted to be called Nappa, did not return any cohesive explanations. He chaotically mentioned key words such as "classified operation", "infiltration", "jumpgate parts", "escort pilot", "hate Liberty". I think it's quite understandable that our operative was not eager to believe this pile of nonsense. At the same time, he did not want to execute someone, who theoretically could still be somehow affiliated with the Congress. Our operative made a very reasonable decision to take from him a hefty recognizance until his story can be verified.

I would be very thankful if you could shed some light on this very confusing situation.
