Rogues and Mercs camp the capital planet, Manhattan? Sure, considering the amount of NPC and Long Island Station spam there.
But, you got a point. I never saw LNS camping at, for example, our Rogue capital planet. Why? Because we do not even have one.
LNS camps gates and stations. Usually their own stations, as soon as they realize their lolcap spam doesn't always work.

Passenger liner which is ignored our orders to dock with Philadelphia Station when he was near. He ran from us to NY gates and start screaming "RHEINLAND IN SYSTEM". We warned him 5 (!) times,and if he will not stop and will not come back and dock - he will be destroyed.
So,choose to run to NY and scream it there,but we stopped him...by guns. Realy,if he playing like a liner - maybe we let him go...but when he start screaming and running from us - this is kinda stupid action and such type roleplaying.
If we need for it - we will ask to inform LN for our visit,but we dont need such actions.
Stop your provocations. If you dont know how it was,stop thinking like we destroying all what flying near.
If you want to see it - join our raid,but your lie is not need here.
