I have noticed your transmission regarding Capital Ship Reorganisation, and must say i am glad to see someone step up to the plate. I feared myself that some captains where not receiving their full training, or the high standard which should be provided due to wartime needs, so your transmission fills me with joy.
Now i must admit, i do not like such open transmissions, and i have contacted you here to request a meeting of sorts, or even contact over more secure channels, specifically S.K.Y.P.3 protocols, for i have some ideas i wish to discuss with you, but again, more secure channels are desired.
