This is the Centuaris ( its pronounced Cent-Tu-aris), a Zoner Aquilon class carrier, a ship dedicated to peace and developing a cure to Cardimine's gene alterations, experienced by the user

Greetings dear, President, Chancellor, Emperor and Queen

I've been noticing the flight paths that I seem to take the most in recent years, for example when I want to go to the Taus avoiding the Gallic navy when ever possible, I tend to take the longer route from the Omicrons to Omega to the Taus, and learn how is it that there is so much war at the present, and from there through the House of Bretonia, some times I tend to go to the Humboldt system though Liberty, and from there to through Bretonia and Rheinland, back to the Omicrons

What I ask is the following, i seek a permanent arrangement of passage through the Houses of Sirius. I don't want to cause trouble where ever I go, especially in house space, but I don't want to make a habit of going through house space either, so I will only when I have to, but it'll be nice for me to know if the option is there, if the situation demands it, only then shall I ask for permission to pass through, so bear with me

The people i ask is the following, The LSF of Liberty, The Federal police of Rheinland, The Bretonia police of Bretonia and last, but not least the Kusari naval forces of Kusari, This request is not for the Naval and Police forces of Gallia, since they chose the Zoners as a Enemy and i don't want anything to do with 'em anyway
If, you allow me permanent passage i will follow the following rules I have set in place for myself:

1. No Artifacts will be tolerated under any circumstances, even from gallic origin
2. Cardimine will only be allowed in small doses to allow for research purposes
3. I will only return fire when fired upon by aggressors, my ship is my body and my home
4. Under NO circumstances will i "smuggle" potential enemies of your respective house
5. I will comply with all further rules or regulations that you have put into place, for example your Laws
6. I will NOT assist any lawful or unlawful at any time, except against the Gallic invading Forces

To put this as simple as I can, I ask you, to allow me passage through your respective systems and travel to the systems of the Omicrons, Omegas and the Taus, but it isn't so that I can happily pass through with out your knowledge and possibly misusing the power you have granted me, so I will only when I have been granted passage under escort by your respective officers on duty

I am but a humble researcher, though i may be old, very old, but there is still life in me. If you want to know me as a person, here is my "story"

As far as I've tracked it down, I was born a Zoner in 625 A.S. When i could afford my own ship I traveled as far as the fuel supply allowed me to, I was curious to what could be out there, my parents saw me as a natural explorer, I graduated to be a respected scientist in the field of advanced optronics. I develeped a computer to allow for a soul to be at ease with the synthetics of a machine that I have developed, and I have "merged" with a much more advanced version of that prototype that I developed in the 660's, when I was diagnosed with a advanced form of cancer never before seen by medical science, my body died some time in the late 670's after i merged with my new body in early 669, and now, i'm researching a cure for the drug Cardimine, so the user is no longer addicted to it and is reversed to prior the first dose of consumption. I am a man of peace, I really want to finish my cure and give it to all who need it

If you deny me passage, i won't be angry, mad or even disappointed, If you've lived for as long as I have you'd learn getting worked up by something is meaningless, and some time later you've gotten over the case, and move on, but its your decision so I won't blame you, and if you are proposing that i use a different ship, i really wish that I could but, I can't... I am the Centuaris, I am fused with the ship's systems and only the continuation of the Centuaris' existence, am i kept alive, i will never feel the wind on my face, never taste food, nor the spray of the rain, i will never feel the warm touch of a woman

Mr(?) Centuaris,

Although the Queen is, I hope understandably on your part, rather busy to answer messages such as these, I can handle the request on behalf of Bretonia.
I am also pleased that you understand how things work in our house, although I see you've not been informed of the political changes in Kusari. For Liberty and Rheinland, I believe their respective military forces would be the ones to contact specifically.

You do appear to have covered most of the restrictions that would be put in place by us. If you have not already, read through the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law. Although the system has been in place for some time, it now clearly states the escorting exception to the foreign warship laws. Any Lieutenant, Constable or higher ranked officer in the Police or Armed Forces may escort you from the edge of our borders to your destination outside them.
You may carry any cargo within the law, although I would advise you to apply for the relevant Licensing if you are to deal in military or alien goods.
As for Cardamine, you will see we have a personal allowance for those who are addicted. Given the... state of your body I do not believe this will be necessary, but any large amount for research will have to be kept out of Bretonia. Perhaps you should contact the Cryer Research Institute for that, as I believe they have a similar goal in mind.

I believe that should be things covered on our end, and I will either hear of you from my Constables' reports or perhaps through the Licensing Office.

Entity 'Centuaris' – your tale is a sad one.
The Emperor is long gone, Kusari is a democratic republic.
The Kusari legal codex forbids foreign capital class craft. The Aquilon carrier is a foreign capital vessel.
The Legal codex also states that cardamine, in any amount, is illegal.
If you violate the codex whilst in Kusari you will be treated the same as any criminal.

I'm rather shocked to hear that the House of Kusari is no longer ruled by the emperial family, but its still Kusari, just with a different face, but it is good to hear from you. Though I will not carry Cardamine through your House, as asked

Please reconsider, it is just so that I can pass through with out causing a hassle with multiple law-abiding factions like the LSF, LPI and the LN. The last thing that I want, is to cause a delicate situation between the Zoners and the House of Liberty

I've tracked it down to a minor bug in my communications router. As For the House of Liberty, my "clearance" as you stated, is not permanent, though my message log suggests other wise.

I will not make a "habit" of happily going through your House with out the consent of the officers on duty, only if the situation demands it, only then will I pass through the Houses of Sirius, It'll be a big if, when i say i'll maybe, pass through the House of Liberty, once a week or once a month

The true reason for this is so that I may "find" or rediscover my past, I've only retained my memories of my childhood, but questions like, "Who was my mother and my father?" still eludes me, i believe that they most likely was from the Houses of Sirius, but it is still unclear to where they are from, and I seldom ask myself "Is there still relatives of me still alive?", though that may be the rants of a old man, but still, I want to be sure about my family, and what I really want is to find my real name...

As for the House of Rheinland, i'm sill to hear from the current Chancellor of Rheinland

As for my ongoing cure of Cardamine, I've done it, though it only treats the addiction of the drug, the distribution is unfeasible, I can only make one dose every 6 years, i'm developing a way for speedier production of the cure, though it proves to be troublesome, it may be viable in the next few decades, but it is still not known for sure

To the Centuaris entity,

Consider your change of... housing received and confirmed. Be sure to state who you are before passing through our space to whoever is to be escorting you, just to be clear.

The space around Leeds is currently outwith our control. Should you end up in a situation that harms GRN assets in the area, who have fired upon you first, we would be powerless to stop you, even though it is outwith our above agreement.

I understand that the Gallic Navy, have "Ransacked" the Leeds system

If it happens that i get engaged by an aggressor of the Gallic Navy, i would do the following: 1) retreat to a safe location or 2) if the Tactical position favor me, i will rain down Hell upon them

I will also be happy to help in the Leeds system, IF the predicament works out that way
