Dear Sir or Madam,
I regret to inform you that three GRN bombers have attacked an IMG mining operation in the northern Niobium fields in Tau 23 and destroyed a civilian transport without any kind of provocation An ALG transport also came under fire.
The vessels showed the following names:
They started to attack the Wotan, an Arrastra mining ship. This is a transcript that was taken right when the attack began.
When an experienced convoy leader, Ms. Julia Morrow, arrived, she tried to stop the attack, but they switched target to her transport and destroyed it without having reacted to the attempt to negotiate.
Despite the shiploss, the IMG did not engage the GRN targets and stayed docked at Java, in order not to cause even more problems.
The Guild would like to let the Gallic Royal Navy know about this incident and would ask for the hostilities to be stopped.
We know that these are hard to control independent secondary fleet pilots, but we would already be relieved if we knew that this was not a sanctioned GRN operation.
We would also like you to know that our mining operations will defend themselves next time against these three. They stood down this one time, but I cannot order them to hold their fire the next time.
I hope that the hostlities can be ended quickly and that this was just a unique incident.

First of all, thank you for informing us about this incident. As you've already said it, pilots of the secondary fleet are indeed hard to control and these three pilots you mentioned, or better said, braindead morons surely didn't act as they should have.
