First of all, let me to introduce myself. My name is Angyal Bandi and I came from Gran Canaria long time ago.
My parents were trustable part of the zoner community on that beautiful planet, but unfortunately we had to leave because my father made his worst choice and wanted to move into Bretonia to be a formal citizen of that.
Now, I'm an independent freelancer who would like to find his own way, and I try to earn some respect and money from my own.
As I said, I'm a freelancer now, who would like to be a trustable zoner once but first I have to prove myself.
I earn my money from bounty hunting at the moment and since I know well, that zoners have the best engineers around Sirius I would like to ask for a favor from you.
I hardly got the money to buy an Osprey from Freeport XV but since I know you well, I would like to ask for your approval first.

Mr. Bandi, your message is intriguing. Though, there is no unified zoner leadership so im not sure who could give you an appropriate answer.
i would think, as long as your papers are in order, there would be no problem with you using an osprey, especially considering your zoner background.
