To: Kusari State Police - Wraga - 08-03-2013 Dear Sir!
Since I'm an independent freelancer I have to say, I'm so upset, when I meet something like I had to in Kusari. I was on my way back to Coronado when I've met with a trader in Honshu system. Usually I can move without any attention, but this ship was a little bit odd for me, since it was too silent. I made a formal scanning process on it and what I found...was terrible. I dont know much about the bureaucracy in your homeland, but as far as I know, there is an option to get some money from you when somebody can help to unveil crimes. I made some guncam shots about the named vessel and I'm so opened to share my additional informations about him if you could help me out with some credits. Evidence #1 Evidence #2 You know, its not cheap to use that guncam and pay the fees to use this expensive neural net. Awaiting for your generous reply. -source: Planet Junyo- -subject: your report- Konnichiwa Angyal Bandi, this is Akira Sugimori of the Kusari State Police. And although I'm not in any position of authority - I'm just a simple patrol pilot - your message was broadcast on all State Police frequencies and I believe I'm in a position to respond to it. Firstly, I see no evidence of crimes committed in the evidence you provided. Of course it is not often that we see a transport carrying such large amounts of what seem to be....exotic pets or the like, this does not breach any Kusari law. Secondly, while you would certainly have the KSP's gratitude and possibly a reward for revealing actual criminal activity, the fact that you deliberately withhold information hoping for compensation is insulting, and borders on blackmail. Expensive neural net, really? Do you take us for fools? If you have evidence of real crimes being committed, we will be happy to have a look at it. Until then, I suggest you study the Kusari Legal Codex a bit more closely. Oh yes, and you mentioned you "usually move without any attention"? I don't know what you mean by this, but I don't like it. Sugimori out. -end transmission-
