The video message lights up the screen, a person wearing a mask that most likely flows with aerated Cardimine glows through a long semi-clear tube. The goggles of the speaker, a woman who's obviously showing signs of advanced Cardamine mutations. Though the true extent of which are concealed by the face-covering mask they wear. Audio begins to play as the figure lofts an assault weapon onto their shoulder.

"The cold void of space is harsh to the soft skin. Colder weapons that fire heated plasma do well to protect the ones who wish to travel unharmed. This message echoes through steely hulls and metal corridors. Glittering screens that dance with the image of the one speaking. A request sounds forth, for the intoxicating boon the Outcasts produce, Cardamine. A ship travels far, with pilot and empty holds, hidden from passive scans as to conceal the needed cargo. Their identifiers all show as clean, able to traverse the harsh void without molestation. Their intent is to buy large amounts of the sweet, orange grass that makes the potent elixirs. They will carry this far, and bring back holds refilled with illegal software. Software that programs ships, programs defenses, and various machines. A symbiotic tryst that will repeat as an affair of narcotics and data. This message echoes on, for those who listen to consider the offer spoken. Reply so that the empty ship shall fill it's cargo hold..."

The message cuts out as they finish speaking, a second one, obviously just audio spliced onto the message, seems to clarify what the speaker had been saying all along. A man's voice comes across the now blank screen's speakers, it sounds as if he wakes up every morning to drink a shot of tequila.

"Uh.. if you weren't spaced out after listening to her talk like that, she's saying she'll be sending a transport to make a trip between a Lane Hacker base and Planet Malta. Just.. do your best to at least try and understand her? I can't sneak these messages in often or she'll catch me. She gets insulted. So, yeah! If there's any Outcast groups who still have a lockdown on Cardamine, best try talking to her, she'll pay to get what she wants."

With that, the message finally cuts off.
