Good Day Respected Elders and Comisario.

Its been 2 Days since our meeting in Gran Canaria Air Space, and the dearming of residence has been under way with great success. Alot of the Residents have come forward rather willingly, and those who have been a little reluctant were easily convinced it was the right thing to do. OSI security forces are working together with each of the Settlements police authority in order to make sure that we get the planet as close to being back to normal as possible.

In regards to the funds the Benitez offered to aid in this project if the credits could be transferred to OSI-Deep.Diver.

Si, si, everybody noticed my popularity is growing rapido after lifting Martial Law at Gran Canaria, Senor Voncloud. I was even thinking about taking part in the elections coming next year!

Our chilly sausage production is stable, but of course we could use well two more loads of Super Conductores. My Carabineros could fetch them, but now all busy celebrating end of sausage crisis. Our sausages will never be short again!
