Good day!
This is Harold Kane of the Vagrant Raiders. We'd like to rent an office and maybe some space in a hangar on Boa Vista. Seeing as we've been helping out with the whole Gran Canaria conflict, we thought it would be a good idea to have an outpost of sorts out there.
Let me know what kind of deal we can make.
So hey. The Mollys are pissing us off and we don't want to just show up on your doorstep with a small fleet intending to combat them in their space without letting you know what our plan is. Largest thing we'll be parking out here is a gunship and maybe mooring a Liner when it's not moored with Gran Canaria. We'd be more than happy to lend you said fleet's assistance if you need it. Just give us a bit of warning before you need help putting down the rabid dogs.
Thought it would be a good idea to let you know.

In case if you not yet know - I am Dmitry Dubovik, Field Marshal of the SCRA. I dont remember if I said that yet but - you are free to dock on any station in Omega 50 or 49, if local Zoners not agaist it. You also are to follow our Law when you fly around without any SCRA pilot escorting you. Its pretty standart - no contraband, no murders of innocent and no piracy. Im sure you already familiar with our ways towards Civilians and support them in some way. You also have my full support with supplying them with everything they need to.
Now to the real problem.
In what way do Mollys ''piss you off''? Direct agression? Piracy? Terroristic acts towards supplying ships? Please note that so I could understand what can be done about it. I heard something about Goldern Coin, but was told that Mollys let your transport a free passage.
Also I do not want you to engage them, not only because that they are our allies in war against Corsairs, but also because you are our allies too. Try to avoid them untill that matter will be discussed with Molly command. After you explain me problems, of cource. Tell me everything, every interaction, every detail must not be forgotten. If Mollys putting Zoner in danger, I would care less, honestly. But they still Civilians and must be protected from Corsairs.
I shall await your reply.

For the record, the Mollys have completely refused passage to any Vagrant Raiders or Natio Octavarium humanitarian or civilian transport or freighter through the Dublin hole. As a result, we have had to take some... interesting detours that would probably be perceived as more of a threat to them than us just going straight between Dublin and Gran Canaria, if you get what I mean.
We ship very perishable commodities to the people of Gran Canaria. Every extra second we have to spend going the long way around -- upwards of an extra six systems to be crossed -- causes less and less to arrive in usable condition to the settlers who need the supplies. I'd hate for some innocent child to die because the treatment she needs can't be administered because the supplies for it spoiled on the way there. You understand, I'm sure.

To be honest, I havent expected Mollys to get involved into defending Civilian population in a first place. They never showed much love to anyone but themselves, so I expected them to do only one thing - to prevent Corsairs from getting to Dublin via Omega 49. But it seems they are prevent everyone from doing that. Even refugee ships that try to escape to Bretonia get blown up! That is something I do not approve. However, first things first.
What does Mollys said to you after you sent them that request? I know that Joseph Gracia knows the answer, but he right now located in the medical and barely can speak. So I need you to educate me in abit on that matter, before I go and talk with Mollys about something I do not know yet. The faster we deal with it - the more lives can be saved.
