GMG, your actions have gone on for too long. First you befriend the vile Outcasts and allow them to use your territory for smuggling the poison Cardimine into Kusari, and now you have Blockaded the Sigma systems to the Samura Corporation, the largest, and most powerful company in Kusari. This is Wholly unacceptable, you seem to think you can do as you wish and there will be no consequences? I am here to tell you that is not the case. I have gone before the Council to request a declaration of hostilities to GMG from the Kusari government. You shall not be allowed to strangle the Kusari economy. We are not as dependent on H-fuel as we once were, as our experiments at Nansei into Anti-matter technology is coming ahead much quicker than anticipated. GMG we will not be your dogs, you consider yourself Kusari, but I guarantee you, Kusari doesn't consider you Kusari, you are just another group of Gaijin, and from this point on, will be treated as the infestation you are.

You are asked to stop for a scan and are released with no shots fired or charges brought up against you.
You then get upset about this and threaten to order corsairs to invade Sigma-13.
When you are not shown the high and mighty respect you think you deserve you attack a GMG ID'ed vessel of the same class as your own without warning.
Once this same vessel outmatches you by defending itself and allows you to withdraw you threaten the GMG with war from Kusari.
Yeah I think that about sums it up.

Here corsair Grimly on board of the corsair legate dreadnought Utopik.
I think we will be ready to support the Farmers against the GMG.
Red Hessians seems to be quiet recently and focuses more their forces against the Rheinland Militaries.
Bretonians seems to have a too low amount of forces to enforce our defences in Omega 5.
Our forces are more concentrated against the Outcasts and so in the Sigmas where GMG are.

Sir, the Only reason I cam to Sigma 13 today, was to find out if the reports from Samura ships I had received were true. I was clearly told they were. That is the reason for this declaration. You wish to stop it, do not impede Samura ships in your space. This is not about respect or a fight, it is about the blatant disregard for the biggest Kusari corporation, and their rights, this is an attack on all of Kusari. You can try to make this about me all you want, but that is inconsequential, you want to live in peace, do not try to strangle the Kusari economy, simple as that.

Long have I awaited a chance to show these traitors to Kusari what they deserve. They should learn respect for Kusari, or pay the consequences, as is expected of all other gaijin. They've attempted to mask their contempt in the past, but now it is clear what their priorities are. The GMG will now know fear in Kusari, of that my brother and I will make certain.

I find it very interesting such a body as the Farmers Alliance blindly takes action without any concern for the Kusari government or reasons to the Samura incident, and not only is it both insulting to the homeland, it is to the GMG. The monopoly Kusari carries on H-fuel comes from the GMG. If you wish to stop such a trade between Kusari and the GMG feel free to attempt to do so as Kusari will suffer more than you realize. Our agreements with one outcasts body is no concern of Kusari. If the naval forces were at our aid while we were forced to fight off our enemies then such an agreement would not have taken place. Therefore what the GMG does to protect itself is strictly its business and not that of Kusari. If the Farmers Alliance sides with the Corsairs the guild will be forced to make decisions that will effect more than just the AFA. My patrols were wise to turn the Samura transport back to its home. The situation in Sigma-13 can reflect that of a warzone at any moment, and if we see it not safe for a Samura convoy to pass through the system, then it will be turned around. Kishiro will not look gladly on this.

It was not depicted as 'for our own good' when you turned our transport around in sigma 13. You were blatantly hostile towards us, and outright stated that you considered Samura traitors to the GMG.
I'm sorry but you have brought this on yourselves. Your attitude towards a major kusari corporation is what caused this hostility, and until your stance on Samura changes you will not be welcome within kusari.

First off, Samura is the Power in Kusari, not Kishiro, I do not fear them, as I don't believe they would fire on fellow Kusari. As to making decisions without thinking about the Kusari people, as I have explained, that is all I think about, Samura must be allowed to run product to Rheinland, if they are stopped, the Kusari economy will grind to a halt. It is you who is causing this, and it is you who will have to explain your blockade to the Shogun, not I. I am a loyal Kusari, and have never shown to be anything but that, you on the other hand gentlemen, have in the past, 1) Sided with Outcasts, 2) Attempted to restrict the flow of military material into Kusari during a time of war, 3) blockaded the Sigma's to the largest and most powerful company in Kusari. Who do you think the Kusari people will side with?

I am not the representative of Kusari, but the words you have spoken today have shown that the goals of the GMG are nothing short of open extortion.
Who will you sell your precious fuel to when none of your neighbors will open their doors to you? The bretonians? No, they distrust you just as they distrust us. Liberty? They are too caught up their own politics that they cannot see the rest of Sirius. The Corsairs? No, they abandoned you long ago.
But, wait, is it the Outcasts you wish to align yourselves with? Now it all seems to come into place. The secret deals with the Blue Lotus Society. The seeming friendliness with the true criminals of Kusari. Have you no foresight? We are not blind, Hattori, your actions cannot be ignored forever.
Samura has fields of gas waiting to be developed in the Hokkaido system, as well as the research being done on the Nansai and Kansai research centers on alternative ways of transportation. Kusari will survive for centuries even without your "monopoly."
I have said what must be spoken, I await word from my superiors.
