Bonjour, my name is L'elu of the GRN. I'm aware that Islay base has stocks of H-Fuel on sale for its allies, I just happen to need some fuel for my ship. I'll only be using it for operations against the Bretonians as we have no qualms with you. So again, I am requesting permission to dock on your base for fuel and I am willing to pay full price. I am willing to pay for docking fees as well.
