The Hacker Guard base has a chance to buy information on all Hacker bases at once. Do other factions have something similar? And if not, will there be more in 4.87? I imagine it'd be quite useful for factions with a lot of spread-out bases off the lanes, like the Junkers, Outcasts, Corsairs, and Hessians.
