Player Sanctioned: DMR-82 - Hawk - 08-21-2013
DMR-82 has been sanctioned for:
Quote: 3.3 Out-of-character (OOC) chat must not be used in system or local chat. OOC communication in group or private chat between players will cease if one player requests it. Admins are free to communicate with any player at any time.
5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.
Consequences:
Flying around and shooting without any RP doesn't work around here. Yelling at people to leave the system because they died when you shouldn't have killed them doesn't work either. You deleted the ship so I'm guessing you knew this was coming. While looking for one of your other ships to fine I noticed that your Zoner Whale was docked where it should not be. It is now in the bastille and will stay there until you post here telling us that you understand the rule and that you promise to follow them in the future.

Greetings! I understand now that i parked my Zoner whale in wrong place according to Zoner ID restriction and i promise that i won't do it anymore. If it will be moved from Bastille, please dock it to the Battleship Hood in Dublin system. And about DMR-82, it wasn't my char, so it may be an error due to my dynamic ip.

Care to try that story again. DMR-82 is not your character now, because you deleted it. However, prior to it being deleted it didn't just share an IP, it was on the same account as the ship I placed in the bastille. If DMR-82 is not yours, that means the ship in the bastille is not yours either, nor are the other ships on that account. Is that what you are telling me?

My Zoner Whale's name is Dean.McCall. And i hadn't any ship named DMR-82.

(rhetorical question as I'm looking at the ships right now based on more static numbers then a mere IP)

Just trying to point out your illogical approach for your own benefit some time in the future. I already know the answer about who DMR-82 is. What I'm curious is. If you wished for us to believe you are not DMR-82 why even post in the DMR-82 sanction thread? Under this logic of you not being or knowing the DMR-82 and still posting in the DMR-82 sanction thread you may just as well post in anyone else's sanction thread, tell us you are not that person and therefor be unbanned. You slipped. But even if you posted in the Help and Support section your connection to the DMR-82 ship would have shown anyways.

What we've got here is a failure to communicate. Sorry, I just couldn't resist.
First off, it is completely absurd for you to continuing lying to us. Yes, that is exactly what you are doing. I'm guessing that you are not aware of how much we can track with FLhook. I'll give you a little demonstration. Not only can I see that DMR-82 and Dean.McCall used to be on the SAME account and used by the SAME PC, I can also see that there was a Gallic Transport on that account called Tomas.Beckett. You deleted Tomas.Beckett after you transferred all the cash on board to a ship on another account called Thomas.Beckett. You'll find that ship is now in the Bastille as well.
Are you ready to tell us the truth yet?

Dean.McCall, Tomas.Beckett and Thomas.Beckett are my characters and DMR-82 is not mine, I have a dynamic IP address, perhaps someone connected with my un address hack for me - not a problem, I have removed antivirus off ... Thomas because I've done it Gali liner that can not fly in Liberty wanted to do with Enterprays Orbital Spa IFF
and insults, I have used them after I killed sings ...
And of course the reason why my new character in the Bastille?

You were not hacked.
Your dynamic IP address has nothing to do with this.
The ships were on the same Freelancer account.
Your latest ship is in Bastille because you're yet to acknowledge that you broke the rules and it was needed to enact the consequence, given you deleted the offending character yourself.
You can stop PMing me or any other admins asking for the reason now.
