Which factions can organize to invade other systems? Where can I get some informations or rules from discoverygc?

What do you mean by organizing? You can fly and start fights anywhere within your ZOI, aka zone of interest, which is dependant on the ID you want to use.
Most/many factions are at war, the most prominent are probably( someone with more insight in these step up please) the Rheinland-Liberty war and the Bretonia-Gallia war.
If you are specifically searching for groups that get organized and then go to war/raids you have to ask around.
For shameless advertising: The Corsairs are pushing to Bretonia once again so we can all have fun together.
As it stands right now, these raids come daily at 19:00 GMT and happen in Cambridge. If you want to join the Corsair side, just pop up at Cadiz base at that time or join our skype channel ( the general Corsair channel open for all corsair players)
If you want to be added in there jsut pm me your skype ( this offer is of course open for all interested sairs or soon to be sairs!)
=> i am pretty sure other groups have these chats as well, i am in none of them though

We're liberty regues now. I was one of the corsair member. but changed to regues these days because I can find anything to do maybe there's only a little players play in corsair area. But now you advertise to us, I'll tell to my friend about join to corsairs that's our lucky.

Well, there are few Corsairs in Omicron Gamma- these are probably doing missions - most of them should be findable by some tradelane harassing traders, but as i said we try to keep our activity organized(if only 1x per day
)I am sure if you want "action " as a rouge...flying to New York should eb sufficient

When you need help in future, go to the forum with "Help" in the title. Not the carved-in help message on top of the Flood section, those poor people are beyond rescue.
