Quick Question - Zen_Mechanics - 08-24-2013 I've been away for a long time from liberty and I don't catch up with the developments in that region, I do need to know if Penny is still considered Independent system ( enforced by liberty republic ) - rule-wise if its still true a whale should be able to dock on Erie ( but not on police/navy bases for obvious reasons ). RE: Quick Question - Champ - 08-25-2013 As in da rules. As for police and navy, sure, it's Liberty-protected, just not Liberty-owned. Erie is NPC-wise an LPI base (if I recall correctly) so it depends on whether you're discluding yourself. RE: Quick Question - Savas - 08-25-2013 Penny is more or less Liberty at this point. RE: Quick Question - Daedric - 08-25-2013 A Zoner ID'd Zoner Whale can do at any all all bases within the Pennsylvania system without breaking the restriction in place on the ID. This is because Pennsylvania isn't a Liberty system according to the rule book. So you can dock on Erie, Beth, Harrisburg, Philly, Gettys, Milford, Niverton, & Allentown. |
