3 - Travel & trade bans

3.1 - Zoner Alliance will not be allowed to use Omicron Zeta jumphole in Omicron Delta system. Failure to comply may result in punishment up to death warrant. Space off-limits begins with 10k vincinity of mentioned jumphole.
3.2 - Zoner Alliance will not carry or trade following contraband: all alien related materials and artifacts of non-human origin. Examples: Artifacts sold by Corsairs, Nomad remnants and any item belonging or related to any alien species.
3.3 - Zoner Alliance will continue to be denied any other privileges that Zoners benefit from by The Order, including possibility of technology purchase.
3.4 - Zoner Alliance will not research alien-related technologies. To be more specific, we furthermore also impose ban on research upon WMD*, Cloaking and jump technology,

4 - Amends. If all other points are agreed to, Order will accept cease-fire for duration neccesary for Zoner Alliance to accomplish the following.

4.1 - Zoner Alliance will acknowledge absolute authority and moral high ground in topic of alien species research of The Order by extension of MRI**.
4.2 - ZA is to engage in diplomatic talk with Phoenix, AI Consensus and Solar Runners in attempt to repay debt for unprovoked aggresions upon those groups.
4.3 - ZA will never interfere with Order matters in Omicron 74 or defy commonly acknowledged directives of the Overwatch.

5 - Omicron 74 non-aggresion.

5.1 - The Order will remove Inquisitor battlegroup from the system.
5.2 - The Order will not engage Zoner Alliance ships. This point is null and void should ZA defy directives or interfere in Order operatives. This includes such actions as not-accidental disrupting, open hostilities, directly supplying our enemies agaist interest of The Order (such as but not limited to: nanobot/battery sharing).
5.3 - Situations of doubtful nature which puts ZA in conflict with Order or other party inhabiting Omicron 74 must be consulted with Order Overwatch to prevent unnecesary bloodshed.
5.4 - The Order used, uses and will use Omicron 74 passage for various purposes. Highway nature of the system will cause that even biggest of our ships will visit or travel through.
5.5 - The Order proposes that neutral spectator (for example TAZ mediator) will oversee situation developing as to show that Order has no plans of taking over Omicron 74.

6 - The Order oversight. Should stations survive, The Order demands complete access to cargo storages of all installations to make sure they are void of contraband as specified in 3.2

6.1 - Given sensitive nature of this request, this will be handled by specialized courier vessel - modified light transport under flag of The Order.
