Yes this is in flood. I always secretly enjoyed flood and all it's spam. I'm defenitely no longer an admin. I had, I think, what was the 1347th meltdown (leaders in GMG|, Das Wilde, NLH, and S/D will know exactly the kind of cussing swearing,I'm gonna...meltdown I'm talking about) since I became admin. I was trying to do this last month and should have. While I sure as hell don't offer any apologies for what I typed or back down from my opinions of those whom I found out to be opponants or how I would love to deal with them with my own two hands. I do gotta say it's been a blast. I came in to the admin team with 3 goals (goals I thought may be impossible to achieve) on mind that I didn't waver from and did quite well in watching as 2 of the 3 were realized. I'm glad for it as I expected to be one of many staff that is coming and going so quickly without leaving a mark.
We all hit a point though. We call it burnout. I had recognized it in me and yet didn't act on it. Corey you're decent man and really did the right thing there. I've always been a mean salty dog on both sides of the monitor. Something that was establshed back in .84 when I was with Athenian building S/D whom probably wouldn't have ever made me admin while he was still in Disco (we can actually honestly blame Zelot for me being staff). But yes, there is a point where it has to be called and you were right in doing it. But as I go, please keep an eye out, there appears to be more enemies on the roster then originally believed and I already ran out of energy fighting it long before with members of the same batch. Don't fall way ward from our procedures and please oppose those that do. The answer will fall somewhere in there.
To the community! Spam your cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeers!!!!!!!!!! I'm off the throne XD. Fill this thread up with pics of both kinds, boos and cheers heheh. I'm sure I made some enemies in there somewhere. Vast majority of you have been fantastic members of the community and I thank you for not turning what was always a large pile of reports in to a vast desert wasteland of reports.
To the admins just finding out; yeeaaaah I'm afraid you're gonna need a new guy to pass along your tougher cases to, sorry, but like I've said before in the admin chat, don't be afraid to click things and crash the server. Only way to really learn, it's how I learned. Pretty much in every case of the server crashing, it'll kick in a auto function to bring the serv......what am I doing? Old habits die hard. The current active admins should be able to help you, they know what they are doing just give em poke and keep poking if need be. The green button marked "call group" can yank the occasional one out of a game

actually i find it a very decent and sane thing to step down when one feels that one cannot / does not want to do the job anymore - instead of clinging to it desperately for the sake of the perks that may come with it.
maybe the spark of fun comes back as a regular player again - who knows.

Well Prowler I never got a chance to get to know you (As an Admin, which means i'm not in trouble) from your post I see that you truly care about the server which is what I look for in an admin.
At least this way I can hopefully get a chance to RP with ya in space and get to know you as a player.

I can only imagine that what you've stepped down from must've been stressful. If it was too hard for you, you've done the right thing.

Well what can i say.. I knew this over a few months already now, as we spoke on skype. Still i think you did a good job with first bringing new admins in to basically also replace yourself. And yes i know you could be a pain to talk about on skype, but i rather enjoyed the nice conversations we had. Im surely going to miss that. I wish you all the best of luck in whatever you are going to do next. Maybe tune some cars?

For all i know, you did your job well - so finding an end to it isn't a bad thing. Just have fun and enjoy life (or/and Disco if you plan to play again).

Felix, I'm sad that you're doing this, but I completely understand. I have really enjoyed getting to know you. Stay warm up there and hopefully I'll still see you on Skype.

Like Duve, I knew that this decision of yours is already close, as we had some nice skype conversations too (even if it had to end like the way it ended,and I'm sorry for that). I wish you luck and enjoyment in whatever you're going to do in your future work
