Good day, council. Harold Kane, Taskmaster of the Vagrant Raiders here.

It's good to see you back in action. We have a couple things to discuss, one of which is the legality -- in your eyes -- of some old technology you exchanged to us many years ago.

We currently have the following pieces of Maltese technology active or inactive but usable in the Vagrant Raiders fleet:

Three (3) Storta-class Outcast Destroyers -- inactive, two destroyed, one lost and presumed destroyed
One (1) Tridente-class Outcast Gunship -- active, named VGS Retaliator
Five (5) "Inferno" Pulse Cannons -- inactive
Twenty-four (24) "Kraken" Particle Cannons -- inactive

The Retaliator is currently in use as my personal heavy assault craft, outfitted with eight (8) standard civilian gunboat turrets. Our three destroyers, the VCS Black Cloud, VCS Silver Lining, and VCS Nightmare are all presumed or verified as being destroyed. The Nightmare is MIA and presumed destroyed as it was last seen being sucked through a black hole-type anomaly. There's no way it could have survived. The other two were destroyed in battle.

I ask not for three new Stortas, nor do I ask for permission to begin using the Infernos or Krakens. I just want to know if you want the guns back or if you would be okay with us holding onto them for the time being. They're all secured in our most high-security armouries, so you need not worry about them being leaked. I personally appointed the man with the key for that specific job.
