The matter was extensively discussed among the admins team and the conclusion was to move both of these ships to bastille and go through a fresh set of paperwork to decide whether or not your factions should have a Persephone each as your flagships. Keep in mind this is not an actual sanction, and this thread merely serves as a notice.

The reason behind this decision for Phoenix is the major amount of miscommunication which occurred during the process of granting you the use of this ship, and as for TAZ, the mere fact that you posted a SRP for this ship twice and after it failed you decided to get it from Jinx, which due to technically being a SRP ship would still require admin approval for an ownership change.

You will have to post a fresh free-of-charge SRP each (Not a repost of an old one), and until these SRPs are voted on, both ships will be staying in Bastille and enjoying the nice weather there. Looking on the bright side, you'll also get a chance to map this unique system on your ship and brag about it later.
