Hopefully this has reached you Ghosts of Razgriz, this is the first time I’ve had to send you a transmission since I
came to power as the new Rogue Warlord. And frankly, I’m disappointed to have start our relations on a poor note.

You see a few days ago one of my capable pilots came across several of your pilots in our space in
New York. As per our previous agreements your men and women are more than welcome to make
your way to Liberty and enjoy our services while you are on your cardamine smuggling operations.
However none of your ships appeared to be carrying any cargo nor having any intention of doing so.
My pilot asked repeatedly as to what you were doing in our territory, however your men refused to
answer. Furthermore, in the process of maintaining our laws and trying to find out what your agents
were up to, your men opened fire and destroyed our ship in question.

I demand a full explanation for exactly what your pilots were doing and why the opened fire upon and
destroyed one of our vessels. I remember how strong our ties used to be and if the rumors that have
reached my ears are true, then it appears that you are currently having to struggle with foes at your very
doorstep as well. In a time of apparent civil war, it is not a good idea to blast your allies out of the sky.

I enclose the blackbox recording that we managed to salvage from our ships debris and await to hear back from soon.

We consider it very important that our past agreements as to how your ships operate in our
space are upheld. And in this situation that was most certainly not the case. Furthermore it
resulted in the destruction of one of our vessels which was bravely carrying out it's duty, for
which I've still not heard an apology for.

I'm glad that you consider your movements not to impact out markets, as that is one of the
reasons for the past measures that were put in place. However we have every right to know
what your agents are doing in our space, especially when it does in fact affect us.

I don't know what they were doing but if there is some precious object within our territory, it
wouldn't be far fetched for us to stake a claim on it ourselves. From what limited information
you've shared this isn't that distinct from you stealing cargo shipments which were ours to take.

Even ignoring that, your pilots made clear that they wanted to use our facilities to restock and
supply. While ordinarily on a regular smuggling route, that wouldn't be a problem. But when
you are carrying out a covert ops operation, which we know nothing about, where you might
draw unwanted attention to our facilities, you do not have authority to use our installations.
Your agents even had the audacity to not merely ask to use our facilities, but to demand them.
Such rudeness and disregard for our agreements do not sit well with me.

If something is so important that you must send in agents into our space, for whatever reason,
you will inform me first. You will not do as you please and jeopardise the security of my men and
stations, let alone open fire on our patrols.

I still await the full explanation of what you were doing here.

So you no longer consider us "confidants" of yours, yet you have the cheek to demand the use
of our facilities, despite being in breach of our laws. What are we, some Freeport? As for this vocation,
this transmission never crossed my desk, perhaps sending a less vague message directly to us would
avoid such things being diverted to the rest of the spam. Had it done so, I would have responded
ensuring that we still considered you as friends and business associates. At this stage however,
I am wondering where it is you are wanting to see our relationship heading.

Good relations between our nations can only be good for business however that works both ways.
You also have the nerve to say that we are to renew our value? Is it not you who are currently using
our facilities, as much as that displeases me in light of your actions.

We, the Rogues, are after cardamine, that has not changed. I have every intention of keeping
the orange grass flowing down to Liberty where we will help spread it among the populace and take
our share of the profit in doing so. As nothing has changed from how we've operated in the past,
I'd have thought we're still as much use now as before. Of course I'm uncertain as to how much your
currently involved in the cardamine trade these days. Perhaps I should be speaking with the
Contari Lance over such matters?

If that's the case the only "value" we could be to you and of you to us, is the support of our
raiders and militia, along with our experience in smuggling all sorts of supplies. I'd hate to lose a
potential ally but you are trying my patience. So I would like to hear what you think can be
done to resolve this mess. Is there the potential for further gain in the future if we work alongside
one another? And what do you propose is done to get us there?

And no, whatever object it is your looking for, I have no idea what it is, let alone whether I am in
possession of it. Naturally if you were to share more information on the matter I might be of further
assistance, but until then there is nothing more I can add to it.
