You have no excuse for this behaviour or for not knowing better than to do this. Not good enough. The offending ship has now been deleted.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbours, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE

Like I discussed with Champ, I accept this sanction as basically I cannot prove otherwise, which I guess the one sending it in knew as he also was QQ'ing about it in the K'Hara feedback where it was also explained.
Its not a problem, but only I think its a wise lesson for not only me, but for others as well. If someone first engages you and you go to the jumphole and hang around there and you try to fool him and he gets trough the jumphole at some point. Its not an avoiding of interaction as he left himself. During that my only mistake I made was to F1. As i was not aware if i don't see anyone on my scanners anymore that with a jumphole nearby the disconnected message is still shown. (while he went trough it)
I leave it with this i think i have explained it enough for both the one who did sent it in and the K'Hara of this sanction.
