We're bored of your overzealous and often borderline-malicious report spam. Unlike what you may think, we've noticed how you're deliberately trying to provoke new players into breaking server rules so you can then report them. On top of that, we've also noticed how you've been stashing up your report material to go around the "1 report per day" regulation despite being officially warned not to do so in the past, and with you recently turning off the chattime in your screenshots, it doesn't make it any easier tracking a fresh 5-day-old violation on server logs. All in all, your attitude toward violation reports and general behavior toward new players in regards to it has been deemed unhealthy both for yourself as well as the server atmosphere, so we're pulling the plug on it.
Your posting rights in the violation reports subforum has been suspended for 2 months, we also cleaned out your cruiser's bank to make up for the good amount of trouble you made us go through with your last report to realize you barely roleplayed at all prior to the screenshots you provided.
Post here in 2 months to have your posting rights in the section restored, and meanwhile, rethink your attitude toward violation reports as they're meant to be the last resort, not your personal plaything, and it becomes even more pathetic when you turn out to be doing the exact same thing you had been reporting other people for.

A guy who; f1d when I arrested him for smuggling, returned to the system after dying to retractor his loot TWICE, f1ing again once. And then attacked me again after I left the system. Who may have been new, but all the while both I and the other BPA were trying to explain the rules to him.
And for pending reports I have:
A guy who called me a "lolwut" oorp in local, and said I had a sanction, when I tried to pirate him. Another guy who called me a "norp kid" and other oorp in local, when I Pirated him on my junker and blew up his ore. And of course the one who swore at me and told me to kill myself oorp, when I pirated him with a cruiser.
How were any of these malicious, or trying to provoke people, unless you count piracy as provocation?

I wasn't warned against stashing up reports one a day, I was warned against reporting months OLD violations:

Which I duly stopped doing, NONE of these reports have been old ones. I have plenty of old violations sitting around I'm not reporting. Admins always say you should report to help clean up the server, and I was officially told to report one a day, so I thought I was doing as I was told.

Ahaha? Im not sure what this is meant to mean, only a few of my chars have ever had chattime turned on, so I havn't "turned off chattime". You make it sound like a conspiracy with a magic button that can activate it or deactivate it for all my chars!
The_Dumpster_Dweller hasn't had it on so far, and since hes the guy I've been pirating with, and therefore getting people insulting me, this must be why you're not seeing it much. In fact I've recently been turning it ON, to make reports easier for you, as I think that rollback months ago set /chattime off for everyone, something did I know, and made me have to redo my setmsgs back when we had them. So if anything has turned chattime off, its that surely?
But anyway, I dont think thats against the rules surely? And havn't you just proved my point by saying theyr only 5 days old?

Well my last report was the guy who swore at me and told me to kill myself, all of which in the SSs so Im not sure why you felt you had to do extensive checking, if its so hard for you. But as for roleplay, it was a simple piracy, I made a demand, he answered "no" and took off cruising, and spamming CMs, which didnt leave me much more time for talking, seeing as he was about to escape. So what is the problem?

And your honour, to sum up:
I am but a simple pirate in most walks of life ladies and gentlemen, ALL of these reports come about as a consequence of me trying to blow people up and take their cargo or money! But is that not one of the truly great traditions of Disco? Is it not our ancient ideal; that you ARE a pirate? That you must role play as one? I will say it a last time my friends, it was simple piracy, not provocation.
And am I to be judged unfavourably for following the one a day rule to the letter? I cry no, ladies and gentlemen! For the admins themselves have said, they need the evidence or they cannot help cleanse this great ideal, of rulebreakers. Indeed I accept their wisdom, that those old crimes should be forgotten. And I have followed it! Followed it with all my might, as I turned aside old pictures, pictures of those who got away with it and tore my heart for the injustice! My reports were only the recent, though the violations still piled up 2, sometimes 3 a day.
If I have also broken these rules by oorping in local, insulting others with oorp, swearing, and telling others to kill themselves, that so enraged the admins they felt to insult a man with "pathetic", kick him while he was down, take his hard earned money, then ye! Let it be! All that and more! For I have credits by the shipload, and you are welcome to all that washes out any crime. But let us see the evidence, let it be proven that justice is done, not vengeance.

At the last dear friends, I know it is pointless to argue against 1.2 on any technical grounds, for the will of the admins is supreme.
But I also know you have been stretched thin by DPC, and I urge you not to let them break you, and have you lash out at an easy target. I know it must be frustrating to have to deal with my reports, when you feel you have more important matters, but truly I thought to help. I will not ask you to restore reporting rights, perhaps I have been overzealous - maybe you meant I should ONLY report people on the same day they violated? If so I truly did not know, indeed I will swear never again to report if you wish. But I respectfully request you, to reverse this sanction, and wash out this black mark, hackers, cheaters, and overwork have forced between us. I have the proof screenshots that all those I reported were violators, and can post them to support my plea, please tell me if I may not.
