Greetings , Hessian revolutionaries. Here is former administrator Ted Prescot from ex freeport 101 from ex omega 15. Something goes , something comes as it is in life , it seems even in universe such thing occur.
While retreating to exile to Canaria, we accidentally discovered new system through omega 7 jh . This new system which we called omega 9 we surveyed most part of it . It is rather young system without planets and some asteroid debris which will form them for several hundread millions of years or lesser ,hrmph i will not live to see it so not important at all.

It is colourfull place , desolate a bit , excatly what zoners like, but we noticed one more point of interest. This system is very well conected elsewhere in omegas , this is really crossroad of all intersections in whole sector. So it holds major strategicall importance, commerciall and military i suppose.

This system connects your main HQ in omega 11 with Ronenburg outpost in rocky o5 and furhter to omega 47. IT is criticall line which bind your zones. As we are planning to establish a base there i wish to consult with Your movement, as we done , hmm , in the past, about your appinion and your interests.

Of course we have our own agenda for what i will give you a clue. We noticed close proximity of Von rohes belt in omega 11 to jump hole to omega 9 . IT would be economically viable to establish diamond mining operations and help revolution when it needs funds, as your Diamant base is decommsioned some time ago. However we have some other wishes, but for now is enough.
Politically we could claim system as zoner one , or claim protectorate over it (although nothing to govern except rocks) , or some other possibility.
Analyse all posibilities while we sit in space , what would suits You more or less , what are best solutions and prospections for future.

Awaiting Your reply. If this message passed unanswered we will declare omega 9 sovereign teritory under zoner supervision. No other factions who might be interested in this part of sector recieved this kind of appealment message. Only Hessians are those who are informed. Keep that in mind, this is not insignificant detail.

Guten Tag, herr Prescot. I was the one arranging your freeport-101 business earlier, on behalf of Rot Front. so it's nice to see familiar person there. However, you're contacting us in hard times, most of our free forces are preparing for final battle for Dresden now, so we haven't huge number of free ships.
Unfortunately, you're speaking like all zoners, not directly. Guess I should ask it straight.
What exactly do you want from us and what will you offer?

Oh , i remeber naturlich Her Carrick , well straight to the point.

We are willing to work with diamonds with hessian miners , whenever You can spare time from fighting or need more credits to fuel Your cause. There are no more diamonds then omega 11 and some im omega 47 , so promoting diamond bussines is way that my facility get prestige and importance and Your movement get stable buyers Sirius wide. Dauman is pinned in their slave outpost Solarius so no one virtually mine diamonds at all . Demand will be high if we made proer advertise and initiative.

Your Dresden offensive focus bring us to second point . As we are interested in other type of ores from omega 7 , we would like to aks you in return to overlook if we sometimes do some occasional bussines with IMG BMM or Rheinland companies Kruger or Dauman . Our barge Tiberia is excluded from your raiding parties in any way and so miners of those companies in the time we deal with them . That would give them to think that they gain some protection by associating with us , so they will overlook other details.

But more importnant in military mean In return we would give your fleet full docking rights in omega 9 including cruiser class ships. But be carefull not to launch major military raids to omega 7 from our system, at least not prior informing us. All data we shared will be strictly confidental.

Our base is primarily trading hub. Use our facilities and connections and we can get good cooperation. Dont act to recklessly to bring us in jeopary with Rheinlanders cause it would cause damage to both of us.

Others will come to our base i presume. Corsairs maybe show , although their main target is Cambridge and new discovered jh through omega 50 is lucky shoot as they have open route to attack there with omega 5 entry point , so i presume they will not send ship here. But if they show, we can make them feel hmmm.... redundant if i can express myself like that. OSI , well you know them they will probably come as this system is discrete. That means good bussines.

One more thing . We suspect there are wilde in the system , we will investigate further. There will be time for debating . More than enough for now.

Working with hessian miners is good thing. Sure we can make business with it. This deal can be negotiated after Omega-9 jumholes will be full stable.
But ores from O-7... We have nothing against your cooperation with IMG, we can tolerate BMM. But we will never tolerate Kruger or Daumann. Never. If you want to work with us you shouldn't work with them. Quite simple.
Docking rights is another good thing. Omega-9 is important system for Hessians, since it lies between hessian controlled systems and we need facility to repair and refuel our ships there.
Also, we are requesting you to deny docking rights on your future base for Corsairs, Rheinland Corporations and Rheinland Military enforcers. In exchange your base will be defended by hessian forces stationed on it, we can spare up to one cruiser with appropriate escort for it. And in time of need you can ask for whole Omega-11 fleet for help. Nice, ye?

Wilde are beings that are a constant problem for us. Share with us all information you'll get on them.

That is acceptable. RM has no bussines coming down there. Nor i believe they will come . They are doing poorly against Liberty and will be busy in Dresden. If they experss will to come , we will organize that they found nothing suspicious. We can play with RM on psyhologicall fear from Corsair invasion - that they would calculate that is better to leave you to bugger with them and tie your forces in Omega then instead campaigning in Rheinland.
Some occasionall corsair visiting base would be welcome for that kind of propaganda. Well as we are at propaganda stuff , maybe Coalitioners can be invited to preach around a bit. Corsairs should not be provoked , but not good to discard them, cause they are good distracting tool. Remember that it is freeport still . No fire zone 5k and so applies.
Kruger and Dauman will not come to our base , nor do they have bussines here. We will go to extract cobalt in omega 3 With BMM , Silver we will employ IMG.
Kruger lads ... well, on second thought , wouldnt be bad that you "pirate us " sometimes actually. That will count as our contribution to Hessian coffins too and can be used as argument that we doesnt take sides, as we are not... but this is between me and you only to know.

One thing . Companies in omega 7 are rival , even Dauman and Kruger . Their internal relations prevent that anyone build permanent depot base in system, which bring fragile balance. Whoever build base depot in omega 7 will be viewed as seizing monopoly and competition to us too. IF anyone try to build base there ... heheh , wont say more...

It is not quite important that your subordinates knows about every detail of our talks , nor we agree completely on all points , but this is good basis for cooperation. When we establish fully base we will make official relations.

Trust me Her Carrik , we zoners dont make enemies, but we choose friends. Tricky can be , but possible, given time.

Looks like you hadn't understand me, herr Prescot. And this is bad thing. If you're chosen to work with us, your base cannot act as freeport. As I've already said, docking rights should be denied to Corsairs, Rheinland Military and Rheinland Corporations. Otherwise we won't make friendship with you. Look, you're going to establish "freeport" nearly in heart of Hessian territory and you really think you can go with it? For all other forces you can be freeport, but not for our enemies.

Sure, your barge can work with Krugers/Daumanns in O-7. But don't cry if they will suddenly be killed by our forces.
And I didn't got point about base in O-7. As far as I know, there's Rheinland installation. Or atleast there was some.

They will not dock , dont worry Her Carrick. But i will rebuke them politely and subtly only if they adress directly to me. Dont wanna impose offensive stance on my own and its better to keep lower profile than to bash chests around bringing "sufficite" of attention. Id rather find way to discourage them to come in any way. We only differs in approach.

They will be NOT allowed to dock if that question emerges directly, what interests you mostly , and i will find a way that they doesnt feel too much as they are losing something . I will consult with you in matters of what to do , and you can leave to me how to implement it . When outpost established , we will keep contact to achieve higher stance of understanding.

And those Dauman Kruger , hehe , well it is naturall that you will not accept it and i was aware of it from beggining. But i bargained IMG and BMM , more than enough for me. ***laugh***... I understand that you speak openly and clearly , but i have to be more cautious and probing approach to properly judge my interests.

You can trust me Herr Carrick. Dont misjudge zoner cunning ways, you will be satisfied with your goals, time will show it .
