The subject of this transmission says it all,
I require pilots, or factions, as hitmen.
Being a hitman is a little different from being a bounty hunter.
I will associate myself with the faction who wants to do the same.
Now, the difference between being a hitman and bounty hunter is,
I will not declare bounties on the comms.
If a faction, or pilot, who agree to be my hitmen , is/are associated with me,
I will contact them in space and tell them "who i want to take care of"...
I will offer a very small amount of money when a a faction is ready to help me here [ small by faction standards that is ], and i will offer this money solely as a goodwill gesture.
From then on, i will contact them to assassinate those i want killed, in return of rewards.
Does any faction here consider their pilots to be skilled enough to be up for this task ??
