Coalition Border Control

Dobryy den', tovarishch, due to recent events it has been deemed acceptable to allow for a degree of access to New Moscow in order to facilitate trade between the Coalition and other parties as well as to improve relations.

It should be noted that attempting to access New Moscow without a Visa will result in you being treated as a trespasser and appropriate measures being taken against yourself and your vessel. If you attempt to access an area that is above your Visa clearance, appropriate measures will be taken as well.


New Moscow (Omega-52) is divided into three Zones: GREEN, YELLOW and RED

Red:

The RED Zone: Siberian Icefield (Excluding the parts highlighted by the Green Zone) Sevastopol Depot and Mykolaiv Research Station. This area is considered a high security zone, as such visitors to Mykolaiv will be escorted by several armed guards and failure to comply with their requests will result in appropriate measures being taken. Furthermore, it is not recommended that visitors travel within the Siberian Ice Field outside of the Green Zone. We cannot guarantee your safety.

Yellow:

The YELLOW Zone: Zvezdny Gorodok and the area highlighted on the map. This area is considered a medium security zone, as such visitors to Zvezdny Gorodok will not require an escort but there will be restricted areas which will be guarded against intruders.

Green:

The GREEN Zone: Omega-47 Jumphole, Omega-49 Jumphole, Poole Jumphole, Zhukovsky station and the area highlighted on the map. This area is considered a low security zone, as such visitors to the stations are free to explore and will not require escort.


Each clearance also grants access to any below it. The lower the clearance, the easier it will be for you to obtain a Visa but the less you can access within Omega-52. Red being the highest and Green being the lowest clearances with Yellow in between. Keep in mind that if you apply for a clearance that is too high than what may be appropriate given relations between our groups, you may be denied or told you have received a lower clearance.

Visitors will use the following template in order to apply for a Visa. Failure to comply with this template will result in your application being denied.

Reason for application: I wish to bring in resources in order to help the Coalition grow. I have already been granted access to Coalition space however due to this change I felt it imperative to Re-apply. I have access to Ship construction materials which is the only reason I am requesting Red Level clearance.

Why we should grant your desired clearance: Your ships are by far the best in Sirius, however there is one thing that is no different between your ships and any other in Sirius, what it is made of: Ship Hull Panels, Engine Components, Fuel etc. By granting me access to Mykolaiv all of these things can be delivered as often as needed.

It is a pleasure to see a request from the VWA here. Considering that the State Duma has directly invited the VWA into Omega-52, I feel that this application is mostly a formality. It has been deemed acceptable to grant you a RED clearance into Omega-52, though do keep in mind this applies solely for trade. We have not yet agreed upon any sort of technological exchange.

Reason for application: To Improve relations with our allied comrades of the Sirius Coalition. As a note, I'd like to request that all of my members could get access to move through O-52 , since its a pain to walk the whole way around if something happens in O-50 or O-49. We want to be able to help as quick as possible thats why we need shortcuts, if something happens in O-49, and we're in O-5, it takes too long till we arrive at O-49. Regards.
Why we should grant your desired clearance: We're friends after all. I hope that we gonna keep this peacefull relation and improve it even more with this clearance. Most important reason, to be finaly able to assist you in battles in a quicker way rather than letting you wait till we arrive. It should go without saying that the last thing the Sirius Coalition and its people need is to be exposed to the influence and addiction that is the luxury products made by the capitalistic houses of Sirius. That being said, the people of the Sirius Coalition have worked very hard and have been very loyal to our cause, even through hardship. To deny them even a medium of comfort would be spitting in the face of all that they have had to endure. Therefore, we have granted your request for GREEN clearance within Omega-52 to trade goods. As an added note, Sevastopol houses facilities designed to refuel and repair vessels of capital size, so your transports should be of no burden.

However, I must warn you that because of our turbulent past, the SCRA will certainly not take kindly to your vessels entering restricted areas. You have been given this opportunity because you have renounced your ties to the slave trade and the Cardamine trade and because you have participated in humanitarian efforts in Omega-49. We trust that you will not abuse this privilege for there will be severe consequences if you do.

Before I get to the status of your application allow me to make something abundantly clear. The Sirius Coalition has, in the past had problems with Artificial Intelligences. While I won't get into the details of this, I should remind you that if we catch any of your vessels outside of the Green Zone, or if we catch them attempting to scan our vessels and installations for information, there will be severe consequences.

I'm sure you would never take kindly to us capturing your vessels and tearing them apart to learn their secrets, so I trust you will extend the same courtesy to us. I know you AI's are curious but for the sake of our diplomatic relations, I trust you will satisfy your curiosity elsewhere on other organizations.
