Privjet Admiral Golanski,
My name is Aleksey Mikhailov, General of Vympel Heavy Recon Squadron, an activated Tier One Operations Squadron. We operate all throughout Sirius, striking down the enemies of the Coalition, and gathering any and all intelligence we can. The Order has had relations with the Coalition in the past, which have been to put it mildly, turned down by the SCRA.
Vympel sees the potential of cooperation between our groups, and we wish to expand our knowledge of the Deep Omicron systems. The Order is the best group to contact about this in our eyes, seeing as to your previous association with the SCRA. I assure you though, we will not turn our backs on you if you need our help while we operate in your sectors and gather intelligence.

- Your corps incompetence brought Order tech to fight Corsairs in Omicron Gamma.
- You still own Karl Marx.
- You backstabbed me and The Order as a whole.
- You invaded Omega 49 and caused a lot of collateral damage.
- Your corps continue to act aggressively towards my people.
