I am Dragomir Sabitov, Kniaz of Famiglia Sabitov and second in command of the 101st Ghosts of Razgriz. I am to represent the Ghosts in negotiations with the Contari Lance, there is little more else to say besides a small set of rules that I expect the Lance to follow as strictly as we will. I am willing to negotiate the end of this war and propagate peace, if not cooperation between the 101st and the Lance though I promise nothing if the Lance proves to be as stubborn and arrogant as the self-appointed Council of Dons in their diplomatic exchanges. I require no escort from the Lance from the sovereign Ghost territory of Omicron-85 to the Freeport, though I appreciate the notion, only your adherence of the terms below which apply to both of our forces is required.

• Absolutely no warships (Gunboat or larger) shall be within Tau-37 or fleet linked to any attending members of the Lance
  
• You may only be accompanied by two escorting fighters, and a maximum of ten infantry as foot guard
  
• Only the representative and their party (Limited to the restrictions above) may be within Tau-37 before, and during the negotiations as well as until we depart the system
  
• As a show of commitment to progress, twenty-four hours prior to the meeting, both Lance (Including the 'Council of Dons') and Ghost forces shall not fire upon eachother unless in proven cases of self-defence, punishment for violation of the day long armistice will be doled out by the offender's superiors
  
• Any attempts at subversion will result in dire consequences, this applies to the 101st as well
  
• Small arms of both sides are to be confiscated by Commonwealth guards prior to entering the meeting room
  
• While your foot guard may be a maximum of ten, only two may accompany you in the meeting room, unarmed
  

Also, none of your Lance's puppets that hold a seat on the Council of Dons shall attend, we will only negotiate with Lance personnel in this meeting. As I said before, violation of these terms will result in the continuation of the war and dire consequences.

On a lighter note, I have utmost confidence that despite the animosity between our two factions, some measure of cooperation will be achieved. The 101st is willing and able to continue the war, though it would not be in either of our best interests especially considering recent events in the southern hemisphere of Sirius particularly regarding the constant advance of Gallic forces upon Bretonian territory. If, perhaps, one day the cowardly fox Charles has the audacity to march on Malta, the full strength of the Maltese people will be required to ensure our survival, continuation of national prosperity, and elimination of our sworn enemies.

You may choose the time at which we meet and proper measures will be taken to ensure that our negotiations proceed with absolute perfection. Perhaps this war will end so that we may resume the slaughter of Malta's enemies with undivided attention.
