Discretion is given to flight wing element leaders as to the priority any escort and scout requests are to be granted, with higher civilian traffic periods rating an increase in consideration. All long range communications should be between designated flight leader and the requesting vessel on secured single comms only. Localized communication is authorized for pilots wishing to better relate and understand our new associates. Standard protocol for classified information is to be maintained at all times.
