dear peepole my chars have been banned for more than amonth without ever seein a sanction report those being BLACK[X]WIDOW and DARK , blackwidow was in bastille then btanned for unknown reason and DARK was banned without any reason at all , please can they be unbanned TY

Send them a PM. I don't think they check the forums very often...
EDIT: And I mean every particular thread. They do check the forums for large issues quite often....
