Um, I was playing in the past 2 hours, so no, it is not.

I just checked again for the sixth time and its appeared ! Very weird , but at least its showing up now .

Click refresh on the server selection screen, and wait. Sometimes I have to wait minutes until Dicso 24/7 server appears in the list.
