screen flashing in cloudy systems/areas. - Joleia - 10-16-2013
like the title says i get an odd screen flashing whenever i'm in sectors that are cloudy (tau 31) or in areas like nebulas and such. i have all my ghrphics on low so i can play on my laptop. i'm using an Acer aspire one. if anyone can help me figure out how to solve this annoying issue that would be great.

Integrated HD graphics? Or an inbuilt ATI? If the later, then I had the same issue with my old ATI cards.
