Corsair restart Unioners rep - Karst - 10-18-2013
Since there's no restart bug thread, I guess I'll make a new one.
Both Corsair restarts give hostile Unioner rep, -0.65 to be precise.
I know restarts aren't supposed to give ideal repsheets and that's fine, but Unioners and Corsairs are very close, getting 90% on each others' tech, so I'm going to assume that's an oversight.
