Duvelske and Spike Seadra have been permanently banned for:

Consequences:
Due to your involvement with a group of permbanned players who were deliberately harming the community and the server prior to 4.87 release, you no longer deserve to be playing alongside the honest and rule-abiding members of Discovery. Both of you have had far too many chances to correct your behaviour, but instead you decided to publicly support and even join a group of cheaters who were doing nothing but ruining the fun of others.
Getting your alts and faction accounts banned will solve nothing, if you are that way persuaded. Finding something else to do with your time will serve you much better than trying to come back in some fashion.

Shouldn't some then not wonder to leave this position? As i have enough against several being biased in the first place or even violated rules.. but hey one would say what you want to gain with it? Well myself? nothing as i don't think i will play anymore on a sour server as this, but i hope to gain fairness. If im sanctioned, then i suggest sanction everyone which have had contact with any of these DPC when they started to cheat. Don't forget i left them when they where shooting bases. After that i had no contact with any of them anymore. Which i could not even be bothered to do. Now as i know altejago was also in the chat and some admins even. I wonder when will they strike towards this section of the forums. And suffer the same faith as i did.
As for one of the mentioned above rule breakers of treating players equally.. Hawk for instance.. well upon my first sanction he was always dissatisfied with me getting a second chance.. and of course as he proved to me on skype both times.. Its being an unfairness against a player. It does not matter much, but if one is not treated equally then its not me who is only on a violation, but also the admins and all others involved.
And admins.. Don't say skype will not be seen as evidence, as you guys use it to judge upon someone. so if you may validate it as evidence.. so may any other.
Some where in the time rather nice. And i thank you for that. Its something i have always respected. But to the others.. you know some of the people i did mention.. So its your choice.. Revoke or treat everyone equally as it should be. and post den sanctions!

This is no personal vendetta, nor is it the same situation as many others you have demanded be banned. It is not up to you to tell us how to do our jobs, nor are you aware of a lot of the circumstances either now or back then, regardless of your claims about it.
I don't remember retracting the "don't post in this thread if you are not involved" rule. Having others post here instead of just using alts when the admins are sequentially bugged enough on Skype to blocking point is not the way to go.
The way to go is actually just somewhere else. If you really want a Batman fantasy, I heard there are some nice games around based on that.
This decision was made, and stands.
