I go for a few frakking days, and this reaches my desk?! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?? If you have that many pilots, risk less expensive hardware and jump in your fighter. By the looks of things, you need the training!
Phelps has made it absolutely clear from his office (which I still have the spare key for) that it is unacceptable. The Battleborn is grounded. In large scale engagements with allies such as the LSF and the BSG, you use gunboats and fighters only. No Cruisers, No Battlecruisers and absolutely NO BATTLESHIPS.
DO NOT MAKE ME REPEAT MYSELF!
Get some flight time in your damn fighters. Right now, I can beat all you rookie pilots with my eyes closed. The SA needs to steer itself away from capital ships, and use fighters more. Gunboats are more than enough to counter anything else the enemy have. I know this from personal experience.
So, unless an admiral says otherwise for a specific engagement, you use fighters and gunboats only. Nothing else. I don't care if the whole damn HF fleet gets to Califonia, gunboats and fighters only unless an admiral expressly says otherwise. The battleborn, and all ships cruisers and upwards apart from those belonging to admirals and the Bluenose (due to Captain Mitch Woods' exemplary flight record in a fighter) are grounded until further notice.

Sir an ma am I wish to show my unhappiness with the "grounded until further notice" order . I feel high command as over look the Kress report . I know it's not my duty to put higher ups under the spot lights . I remember seeing some paper work with Admiral Phelps name on an saying something like "60% fighter cover". That would only leave us with 40% capital ship cover sir.. I wish not to see my men die in combat because of not enough capital ship cover sir .. Skills are big part in war but so is numbers an fire power

I like how you worded that report, but I'll save admiral Robinson the trouble of a reply and do it myself. You don't feel like getting knocked around in this war huh? WELL I don't feel like wasting resources because the battleborn needs very expensive ones everytime she goes out. Your crew complains of your incompetence, and your lucky to still be here. yet I get reports of you complaining!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Do you wonder why after a long length of service you still hold your current rank? If so I urge you to read your report and see what helpful thing you've done in the war giving you the right to complain. Secondly if you 'worked' half as hard at fighter training as you did with trying to get me to change my mind you'd be downing every pilot in the Southern Alliance at once! I've yet to see such a performance so until then I will say it again.... The Battleborn is grounded! If you don't like it you know where the door is and don't let it hit you in the arse on the way out.
