Well seems I have been lacking in filing reports, so I will keep it simple and to the point.

Black Pearl: Multiple Acts of Piracy and Assault. Damage/Destruction of Private Property. Assault on LSF and Allied Units.

Addendum: Special Request Form 1192A: Director Copeland, I hearby request to outfit and captain a Destoyer Class vessel for use when No Other Navy presence is available to support out fighter units against heavier armed enimies. No LSF Funds will be required to outfit a ship if authorised, although any allocations would be appriciated.

Reporting two cases of contraband smuggling.

The first is in the Texas system, an Outcast with Cardamine. He did not relinquish them, so I engaged him along with eventual reinforcements. After a battle, the target was destroyed along with his contraband... and my ship.

The second is in the New York system. LSF member Fluid requested help on pursuing an artifact smuggler, and I responded. I attempted to intercept him using trade lanes, but pirates kept disrupting them. He eventually reached Detroit Munitions, but his cargo is still recorded as evidence.

This just in. A xeno taged pirate Id pilot named Kaize soze was in high orbit of manhattan, carrying liberty lawful pilots. When I ask him to drop them he fired on me. My ship was destroyed whitin less then 5 min of battle as he was in a Pirate cruiser and I was alone in my Avenger.

If anyone gets this report within 30 min please go to planet Manhatann and see if he's still there.

All Battleship class ships from any foreign nations are now permanently banned from Liberty for security reasons due to the rising tension between Liberty and Rheinland and political instabilities in Liberty. Liberty government will, from now, not tolerate any violator since they could be labeled as a ship trying to take power of Liberty space.

However, permissions to fly in Liberty might be granted to some Battleship pilots for the following reasons:
- Diplomatic purposes with the Liberty Government
- Rendezvous with bankers that are in Liberty to do a transfer
- Flying through Liberty to get to another system
- For Emergency Repairs
- Rendezvous with an Arms dealer

The concerned pilot must make a request to an officer in charge of the Navy, Liberty security force or Liberty police inc. If a pilot dares to enter Liberty Illegally, (s)he will be nullified.

To all Liberty forces, the junker bearing the callsign Serval, is hereby banned from Liberty and is to be killed on sight, upon entry to our space. This ban will be in place until the high command deems it can be removed. The junker is a known smuggler, and has assaulted and badmouthed the Navy and the LSF. I repeat, the vessel is to be destroyed upon entry to Liberty.

This is Cadet Mike Edwards, filling his first report. The situation today has been the following:

- Civilian vessels inform about an outcast in the area around New York- California jumpgate trade lane, callsing B.Orlov. Situation is secured.

- Civilian vessels inform about Xeno presence in California. I move in, and receive broadcast transmissions from the Xeno, callsign Ryan_Hanson. After a warning for him to leave the area, as i could not find him, he "complies" .

- Smuggler located, callsign Medusa-[T], carrying 3,000 units of the illegal drug known as cardamine. Two scans done on the vessel, prior and during following. The vessel was damaged badly, but managed to dock at the mooring fixture in Manhattan despite the efforts of the blockade fleet.

A full scale lockdown of gates was prepared, but the pilot didnt leave the planet.

- High threat situation is found, when Mon'Star appears from nowhere into Texas. After a first sweep, he leaves the area to adjacent systems, just to come back later. While warning civilian vessels to abandon the area, in his second appearance a team was disposed with Fluid in charge, consisting of several bombers, who managed to chase Mon'Star from Texas, to New york, and later to the badlands, where he was finally taken out, not without the loss of my own ship in the process. The black box was retrieved, containing the previous and this information:

First appearance, requesting position of hostile vessel and warning civilians, while he threats everyone around with this.. maniacal laughter which gets to your nerves...

Combat in badlands: Shots 3, 4 and 5 of said incident are from the combat in the badlands, before my ship was shot down and my scape pod and black box had to be recovered after fight.

- Last incidents to report, negligible compared to the show the... evil, Mon'Star ship "Necrosis", was the intercept of marcus cromwell corsair, with a peaceful solution of him leaving the area, and intercept of several Xeno ships in Colorado, near what i think was a xeno outpost. Three xeno vessels were destroyed with no casualties on our side, composed by officer Fluid and me, though it would be dishonest to say that it was not most his job, as my new ship's computer seems to have some errors (Black box recorder, and navigation computer, to say some).


I am currently docked in the Norfolk Shipyard to run a diagnosis program, hopefully finding whatever is causing problem, and letting me come back to duty as soon as possible.

This is Cadet Mike Edwards, filling the report corresponding to day 29 April.

- First situation, during a patrol, a pirate bomber is found in Detroit area. Its IFF read Outcast, and ID Pirate. While asking for instructions to my superiors, i begin receiving fire from the hostile vessel, so i proceed to engage. A [SA] pilot (Stephanie Malaign) in a VHF proceeds to assist me into taking out this threat, and the situation is ended in less than 60 seconds.

- Later, a coalition ID'ed ship (By callsign RAHF-Sitting.Bear) is found dangerously near Manhattan. Two pilots from LSF (GothicLord, Evangelion) eliminate the threat after a few minutes without the need of further assistance.

- We have information about an hostile battleship going by callsign Retribution near Manhattan. We have it in sensor range, while.. well, it.. suddenly vanishes without leaving a trace. The feelings of the squadron are quite evident by this radio log. The credit of this victory, i guess, has to go for InfaRed, seeing that his method, at least once, worked.



Now, about smugglers found:

- HandSolo, trader, found smuggling counterfeit software. Didnt respond to halt orders, and docked at Manhattan dropping his illegal cargo. After undocking, he was chased and received damage as he wasnt complying with orders. He managed to flee, so i would recommend caution if he is seen near Liberty area.

- MACK-TRUCK: Found with the astonishing amount of 4195 illegal artifacts , and was heading to a restricted area somewhere in Liberty. Ignoring the orders to stop, finally halted when unable to proceed to his destination. After a conversation in which he tried to say something indirectly related to his right to smuggle without harm which i will not completely report due its irrelevance, he apparently got bored of waiting, and opened fire on my fighter, which was stopped while opening a channel to him. In that situation, Gafwmn, had no other option but to severely damage the now hostile vessel, saving my ship from the sudden attack by little, while i engaged the hostile too. The smuggler's escape pod was not found, neither was signs of him in the remains of the ship, so its to be assumed he somehow managed to escape.

With him i would recommend extreme caution, as he already attacked LSF members, and is known smuggler.

I was moving in to patrol zone 21 when i saw a Mercenary with a rheinland gunbaot called Lord_thanos. Well i told him to leave zone 21 immediately but he did not listen and jumped through. At the time there were LSF on so i called in backup and jumped after him to alaska to chace him once there i told him to get out multiple times, he did not repond and managed to dock on prison station mitchell. He also has some nomads but i did not get a screenshot of it. Anyways after couple of minutes he undocked and by that time LSF were in system, i told him to leave immediately. I was being generous i could have shot him but i was generous. Anyways this time he said okay i willleave and started going then i noticed nomads and CDed him and told him to drop the nomads. well he said that he worked hard to get them and refused to drop it. LSF came and after multiple warnings he shot at me, i told all ships to engage Then suddelnly i saw 2 order ships turn up, one in a cruiser one in a Osisris!. the lord_thanos guy mustev called for backup i immediately told LSF to break off and called in all units to alaska and we engaged the new hostiles, In the battle Lord_thanos engaged and helped the Order kil me and the other LSF. So now i ask HIGH COMMAND if i could get this guy pay a HUGE fine, for carrying Nomads, for entering zone 21 without authorization and disobeying orders, AND for helping hostiles. Or we let him pay a HUGE fine. SA HIGH COMMAND please respond to this.

Well for the meantime i am out. and here is evidence:

Also when i am sending in my report i saw a Smuggler hauling slaves. He was hauling 5000 units so he will pay the 4 mil fine, If you catch him then fine him and if he askes for proof here it is:

Subject: Unauthorized Weapons Dealer

A starflier ID'd as "WEAPON-Shop!" was by Manhattan selling various known pirate weapons, such as the Gaia's Savior model of the Gaians and the Angelito Turret model of the Corsairs. I asked him if he was aware that he was selling such goods, and then proceeded to ask him to drop them. Instead, he ran and docked on Manhattan.

I caught him selling things again, warned him, and tried to confiscate them. He evaded shots and docked on Manhattan again.

A Rheinland Gunboat Mercenary "Lreek" has been following me since. Today he opened fire on me in a battle between us and the Xenos.. I suspect it's the doing of WEAPON-Shop! (//It's his other character//).
